Prague’s Budget Apartment is just 3 km from Riegrovy Sady Park and the Vitkov Monument. Many shops and restaurants are in the area and Wenceslaw Square is 4 km away.

Bonne option pour son prix
Nous avions un appartement de deux pièces avec cuisine - c'était grand, propre et confortable. Probablement une pièce nécessitait une petite rénovation, mais pour le court séjour cela ne nous a pas dérangés du tout. La salle de bain était propre et avait l'air bien.

Bon rapport qualité prix
Il y a différents studios dans 2 immeubles l’un en face de l’autre .
Ils s’agit d’appartements divisés et transformés en plusieurs chambres studios .
Nous avions fait un premier séjour en janvier dans un appartement en sous sol avec demi fenêtre en ras de trottoir , correct et propre .
Cette fois ci direction immeuble d’en face avec une belle chambre lumineuse et petit coin cuisine .
Rien à redire , c’est propre , bons lits et déco sobre et moderne et avec petit coin cuisine .
Cette chambre était très agréable.
Il suffit de sonner dans les heures indiquées et quelqu’un vous accueille ( une jeune fille très mignonne et sympa ...), c’est rapide vous payez et vous laissez les clés dans la chambre en partant sinon pas d’autres services ou de contacts .
Simple sans chichi , c’est pratique très bien placé dans un quartier très agréable , la rue est très calme et proche de restaurants et d’une place avec un marché et du métro , le centre en métro est tout proche .
Il manque un ou deux détails ( une étagère sous le miroir de la salle de bain , une multiprise aux chevet ) sinon c’est très bien .
Apparemment toutes les chambres sont très différentes et ne se valent pas ?!.
Nous nous reviendrons avec plaisir c’est un excellent rapport qualité /prix .

Mauvais Wi-Fi - Pas d'eau chaude
Je viens de passer deux nuits ici. L'appartement est bien mais le deuxième jour, le Wi-Fi a cessé de fonctionner et la direction n'a pas répondu à mes messages. Le deuxième jour, l'eau était chaude et le matin je partais sans eau chaude. Encore une fois, pas de réponse à mes messages. . . toujours pas de réponse à trois emails. Ne reste pas ici.

Dirty, freezing and not paying attention to its customers
Awful experience. Flat looked convenient and well-located... But first, TV and wifi were both not working. Second, it was dirty : when we arrived, the dustbin hadn't been emptied from previous guests and the fridge was full of dirt and liquid stains. But the worst issue we've had was hot water not available... We stayed 4 days and had hot water only one day. We had to take freezing (that's the word) showers the rest of the time. Result : my wife got sick... We tried to contact the landlord by phone but the only answer we eventually got was a WhatsApp message saying the problem would be fixed "within the day". Well, it hasn't been fixed : we stayed with freezing water and no attention or care from the landlord until the end. Awful customer's service and care. I definitely do not recommend this place. Shameful...

Okay but some issues.
Arrived late night around 10:30 for late check-in (5euro+) and were promptly met at the door to the apartments with only a couple of texts from the manager (no reception) very pleasent shown in and down stairs to apt 11 through a small vestibule (3 doors 3 keys auto/timer lighting).
The apartment was spotless, king size double bed, small table and two chairs, convenient open clothes storage. Small hd wallpapers mounted tele. Bathroom was a decent size modern toilet, sink and large corner shower. Small kitchenette with plenty storage.
Positives:
-Daily housekeeping between 10:00-12:00
-Very clean and modern look
-Two single duvets on king size bed ideal (personally)
- 3 toilet rolls already in
- felt very secure in the building didn't have to worry about expensive items
- free WiFi***
- payment taken in euro or Czech on arrival***
- local bar 100 yards away friendly owner little English but the best beer I had all week (food served late too)
- abundance on small shops around and a supermarket located about a 3 minute walk.
- close to the TV tower, and to a large park which contains a nice resteraunt and large beer garden showing all major football fixtures and movies during the summer.
- both old town square and 'W' square are roughly 30 minute stroll no need for taxi.
Negatives:
- kitchenette only provides a kettle and a hob which is quite difficult to use and needs instruction also looks like it cuts out but seemed to be a safety feature when up to temperature (no toaster or microwave) fridge provided, no freezer compartment.
- sink in bathroom had no plug and some sort of wipe stuck down it but not much issue sink in the kitchen worked fine despite occasional drain smell but nothing too bad.
- possible Ant issue, dropped some breadcrumbs on the floor with out realising came back to a lot of them about the area cleaned up myself but did happen again just common sense to keep clean probably due to it being a basement apartment.
-Wifi, one router on each floor the basement one wasn't working on arrival managed to get it reset once and worked for about 5 hours and was consistently off for the rest of the week if the router was accessable could of done it our selves as our later requests were not acknowledged. The upstairs WiFi worked but very poor signal a frequently dropped not a problem for everyone but we enjoy a movie or show on a night when we get in.
-T.V great signal however not a single English channel even BBC news which was a little annoying but not the apt' fault although Simpsons in Czech is pretty amusing.
-Payment on arrival ok for some not really my liking I prefer advance then you know it's done and just need spending money. Also payment is euro or Czech if czk then it's converted from the euro cost on that days conversion from Google which gives much higher rates that what you get online or at home.
- if you like a lie in after a heavy night make sure you leave the key in the lock as the cleaners may just come straight after knocking and catch you in your pants eating cornflakes. However they do leave toilet rolls and bin bags and water in the cupboard outside.
- bed needed to be fixed on arrival but was only a few droped slats easily missed and easily sorted
-late arrivals past 10:30 no shops near were open so pack some nibbles however the local pub is open till 12 and later if it's still busy.
