I recommend

Nice rooms, rich breakfast, friendly staff, nice bathroom with corner bathtub. Very good beds.Rooms very clean and spacious. The parking lot is fenced and I also charged my Tesla electric car - great.Slower elevator, but no problem.Overall satisfaction

Only if necessary ...

The decoration in the reception area with the many stuffed animals is somewhat threatening. The terrace is not a terrace but the backyard to the adjacent parking lot. The staff were friendly. The rooms were large but very, very much in need of renovation. The beds were not double beds as described, but two put together single beds. The bathroom, on the other hand, seemed newly renovated. Overall, though, quite nice. The nightlife mile where the hotel is located is not for families, so you need strong nerves. Breakfast was very good, strange was that we were the only guests in the huge breakfast room. The way to breakfast is via the hotel bar, the so-called “Military Bar”. And that's when you lose your appetite: A hotel bar decorated with rocket models, with weapons, with torpedoes, camouflage nets and dummies...it turns your stomach, even before breakfast. Otherwise everything was tipitop.

Never again!

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. In my opinion, this hotel deserves 2 stars at most. Old and worn furniture in the room, old, worn towels, dirty carpet. There was no heating, and WiFi was a joke-it didn't work at all. Walls are very thin, you can clearly hear your neighbours. No one cleaned the room for 2 days. Never again.

Terrible

Worst hotel experience in my life. Very unfriendly staff. Very Loud music all night from the bar opposite, till4 am. Hot water only at certain hours of the day. Terrible pillows. Breakfast was poor. Never again. Definitely not a 4* hotel. By the way, the 4* certificate on the wall expired in 2020.

Hotel is a SCAM, not suitable for people that wish to enjoy their stay

Hotel is a SCAM with terrible service.
I arrived on a 2 day business trip to the hotel, right from the first impression it didn't felt like a 4 star hotel. Room was very small with old (not in good way) furniture with no air condition and a small window that prevented most of the air to come inside.
Later on I discovered that the hot water in the shower is not working, the front desk refused to believe me but after I insisted they said that they checked and the hotel's boiler is working and in the first floor there is hot water. I was explained that the pipes are old and I need some patience. After 10 minutes of cold water in the shower I asked to move to a different room in the first floor. The service desk refused and offered to fix the problem in the next day. I asked to leave the hotel due to the problem and get my money back. They agreed and told me it will be handled in the next morning. The next day they told me they have issues with the refund and it will take a few days. After I left the city I called again about the refund and they said that the manager decided not to refund me because there wasn't a problem. What a SCAM !!! avoid at all costs.
