Beautiful worthwhile discovery

We discovered this hotel by chance when we were looking for a hotel with direct access to the cross-country ski trails for us. The cross-country ski trail also starts practically in front of the hotel and does not allow through traffic in winter. So the hotel is very quiet, in a dead end.
We liked a lot of things. The large room with loggia, the lake view, even if the lake was frozen, the large bright bathroom (without windows), the half board (large selection morning and evening), the nice, friendly, always present staff, the SPA area, the details with the was built and are still present (decoration, buffet)
The only drawback was the bad WiFi. Cell phone reception was only outside, on the street, or the loggia in our case.
We liked it and we think we'll be back. We highly recommend the hotel.

A Perfect Mountain Getaway for Families – Peaceful, Friendly, and Full of Charm

We spent 4 days at Hotel Montanie and were absolutely delighted! The hotel is located in a beautiful part of the Jizera Mountains – surrounded by forest, yet the whole area is bright, spacious, and full of light. It’s not too big, which gives it a cozy, almost family-like atmosphere.
The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful – we felt truly welcome throughout our stay. The food was excellent, and we looked forward to every meal. The rooms are beautifully furnished and well equipped, with large windows and wood elements that make you feel like you’re still surrounded by the forest, even indoors.
The absolute highlight for our children was the small pond with a boat – they spent hours there and loved every minute of it. On top of that, we enjoyed swimming in the pool, relaxing in the whirlpool, exploring the nearby forest and the hotel’s own nature trail. It was hard to choose what to do first!
We definitely recommend Hotel Montanie and would love to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very recommendable

We regularly visit. The cleanest and quietest place in the area - High quality of services (restaurant, wellness, facilities) - Good accessibility from Prague. Ideal for cross-country skiing and summer stays. - But unfortunately no mobile signal.

Quiet in a beautiful scenery

We loved it.
We came for XC Skiing and taking rest in the nature. We loved location, at the edge of the forest, at the beginning of the ski tracks.
We liked:
- tasty meals, with lots of choices,
- very clean room and the facilities,
- very friendly staff at the reception desk,
- nice staff,
- wellness (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna) after the day at the skis was perfect,
- very low or even a marginal mobile phone and wifi signal was an advantage for us: we could have our "tech. detox" :)

Fantastic relax place/ Úžasné místo

Amazing place for relax, you are "just in the middle of the forest". Fantastic food, great service and customer approach, clean rooms, beautiful pool.
NO MOBILE and WIFI signal, just come there, relax and be in the nature offline.
