Friendly staff and top place

I have to say that I cannot agree with many other reviews.
First of all, the staff was always friendly with us and helped us with every question.
The place is just fantastic, right at the side of the main market place but not in the middle of chaos. Parking is possible at the outside of the center, a normal thing that you can't enter with your car in a city center.
The room wasn't the greatest beauty of them all but it was a huge room for little money and everything's clean and tidy.
I'd say a perfect place if you want to see the city and the region and you do not want to pay to much for your room but want to have a clean and tidy space!

Location is good but….

Booked the hotel and arrived later than expected…about 7:15 pm. This is a one person “3” star hotel and this person leaves between 8:30 and 9 pm. You have to pull onto curb to unload luggage and parking is several blocks away.
The hotel person made a pont of saying 3-star hotels don’t have to have someone there during the night, but when pressed said the owner lived there and could be reached for an emergency. After settling in and finding my nightstand light did not work, we stopped at desk before going out to eat just before 8 pm. When we asked to have lightbulb changed, she rambled on about how late we checked in and that there was no one to fix it. Ok….this is not the hotel service we expected no matter if we checked in…at 7:15 pm!!! The light was fixed when we returned.
Ar breakfast next day there were three tables of customers…..the coffee grounds needed replacing in coffee maker. No one in the restaurant part would help. We finally went to receptionist who fixed the problem.
Would not recommend this hotel….

nice room with bad location

- located at very busy road with full of noisy cars, could not sleep well
- no car park
- extremely slow wi-fi (the slowest I have ever experienced)
- food in downstairs restaurant pretend to be healthy but is not, it is bad
- breakfast very poor
+ nice and clean room
+ comfortable bed
+ receptionist very helpfull

Good location but otherwise just ok

Big clean room. Bedsheet on one bed was too short leaving it bare underneath the pillow. Thin walls. Good shower, hairdryer in bathroom. Breakfast in basement. Buffet with quite a good selection, buns, cold cuts, vegetables, müsli, quark. Watered down juice. Coffee in thermos flasks. Lost appetite when we noticed the mould on the walls.

good hotel

Its a hotel with the right price product. Renovated, not to modern. Breakfast is good. You can not parc in the front of the hotel. But nearby. Frindly staff. There is also a posibility to park in a nearby parkhouse.
