Good price, not breakfast and parking

The hotel is very central, the room is not nice, but very spacious and the price very affordable (just over 40 euros). BUT: do not take breakfast, which for the prices of the place is very expensive (9 euros per person) and really poor. Also avoid the very expensive adjacent car park (15 euros).

Older hotel in central location

The reason for the stay was the Women's Ice Hockey World Cup.
We searched and found a hotel near the ice rink.
The location is great. Directly on the big market square and therefore relatively central in the city. Within walking distance of some restaurants and attractions.
The hotel has an underground car park, which can be booked for a few euros extra.
The staff is super friendly and speaks good English.
The rooms are very old. The carpet was very stained and the finish generally rather old. The warm water in the shower was easy enough for both of us to shower. In the bathroom there was a small hairdryer as well as shower gel and shampoo.
There was also a small television, but it only showed Czech programming.
Opposite was a bar or similar in front of which noisy guests celebrated until late at night. So sleeping with the window open was rather unfavourable.
All in all, however, we were looking for a central hotel just for sleeping and for this purpose the hotel was sufficient.

Outside hui, inside hui

Furnishing has already come of age, carpet stained and dirty, fabric bed box had stains of blood and who knows what else, refrigerator/minibar was unplugged, bathroom/wall tiles dirty. only Pros: Location, price and parking

The hotel does fit ti four stars hotels - no sleepers nor bathrobe provided, no minibar and tea/coffee station. Hair dryer was in disorder, and was not repaired during the day after been reported to the reception. No any space inside hotel except small lobby with tables for breakfast. Mai, entrance from the square is closed in the evening together with shopping center, so you have to go around to enter from the backdoor , which also could be closed and not necessarily someone at the reception would be on place in that moment. Very poor breakfast - no any fruits, almost nothing for vegetarians, a single and not the best baked roll with poppy seeds - that's all for desert ...
Excellent location in the very center with short easy walk from the main railway station. Supermarket is just 20 meter aside of the reception, so you could compensate poor breakfast . Spacious room and large table.

Too noisy, not maintain

Good location is near Chesky Heritage town. Hotel is too far in buses not able to come in. Staff are friendly.
Too old furniture, unclean curtains & sheets. Noisy - can practically hear your neighbour's conversations. Bed too low and spring is real bad. Hot water in shower get chilled cold within 5-8 mins (maybe it's an indication to take shower within 5-8mins). Need alot of improvisation to attract tourists, long stay and revisiting guest and tour groups. It wasn't a extreme bad experience but all equipments, fixtures & amenities needs upgrade.
