Good place to eat in Mataram
Good restaurant in Mataram, recommended place for good food with friends, cheap prices, delicious food, cheap and delicious place to buy food, good place to buy ice, where to buy delicious and cheap snacks

Lack of involvement, indifference to hotel guests.
Hotel:
The dining area is very clean, the rooms are spacious and clean, the furniture is beautiful.
The hotel location is very quiet.
Very good breakfast.
The Rooms:
No hangers in the wardrobe (we always have several hangers when we travel, so we have given our hangers from the wardrobe to our friends and our room is now equipped with our hangers).
The tear was torn over a length of 20 cm on the main side, not on the foot side.
The stop of the curtains at the left side balcony window is not present, when you open this curtain it falls on the ground, you have to stand on a chair to put all the brackets back in the rail.
The curtain’s mounting rail comes loose from ceiling on the left side (balcony window).
On all curtains there are missing brackets, so that they hang obliquely along the outside, left and right.
There was no heating in the rooms and bathroom.
The Bathrooms:
The white toilet brush (metal spiral) is rusted and gives a view of dirt.
No toilet holder & no lavabo stop available.
No drinking cups to rinse your mouth after dental care.
No light in the shower (the curtain is not transparent so it is dark).
No space for toilet articles.
There were only 2 towels, normally there would be 2 small + 2 big towels for 3 nights.
Shower water was insufficiently warm.
Accuracy of given information to customers:
No information given about the restaurant facilities in Hotel Filip (the restaurant was closed and we had e-mail contact 2 days before arrival date).
The restaurant around the corner was open on Sunday until 20 hrs. and not until 22 hrs. like stated.
Monday was closing day in that restaurant, this was not communicated.
We thank the owner for the extra table service (cutlery, glasses and plates) for the last 2 evenings, so we could eat our own food and drinks.
The available documentation in the room was only in Czech language.

Shoul have stayed elewhere
This hotel stay was disappointing. The walls are very thin, hard to sleep with noises of other guests. Biggest issue, lack of hot water in shower on several occasions. Also room was cold, and they don't turn the heat on enough. The breakfast was pretty slim, no toaster, no fruit. Very weak selection. We went in to eat at the restauant, the waiter disappeared, didnt take our order. The printed information re. the surrounding area were not available in English.

Hezký pokojíček pro trpaslíka
Hotel těžko najít, navigace většinu hostů vede do Penzionu Brada (je to několik km od Hotelu). Personál příjemný, hotel stylový, tam čisto. Ale pokojíčky velmi malé, stropy nízké (jestli Vaše výška více 150 cm, Vám bude nekomfortně). Koupelna+WC těsné, jsou pouze ručníky a řídké mýdlo. Je menší sprchový kout. Postel velka, ale matrace příšerně tvrdé, vůbec jsem se nevyspala. Výhled z okna v reklamě byl slíben do zahrady, ale reálně je na pole a nedostavěný rodinný dům. Snídání v recenzích všichni chválí, ale snad lide nikdy neměli slušné snídání v jiných hotelech. Na výběr vařené vajíčko, smažená slanina, vysočina, 1 druh šunky, eidam, hermelín, pomazánky, máslo, zelenina, pečivo (čerstvé a chutné), na dezert koblihy a závin. K pití káv, čaj a pomerančový džus. Toť vše. Ku příkladu v centru Drážďan jsem měla cca 6 druhů šunek, 5 druhu sýru, ruby, mořské plody a ovoce. Za stejné peníze. Tak asi jídlo v Česku mnohem dražší než v Německu. Wifi bylo zdarma pro hosty, ale celý večer nebylo připojení na internet (možná kvůli počasí). Dobře ještě, že v pokoji je televize, jinak je tam nuda, do Jičína pěšky daleko. Je v hotelu sauna a vířivka - za doplatek 850 Kč.

Týden v červnu
Zde musím být pouze pozitivní. Jelikož tahle zkušenost bylo pro mne na tuzemsko velice milé překvapení.
Jde o rodinný hotel, ve velmi klidném prostředí, cca 10. minut autem do centra Jičína. V dojezdové vzdálenosti na kole (dalo by se i pěšky), jsou vstupy do Prachovských skal a až překvapivě příjemné koupání v kempu Jinolice. Na hotel přímo navazují cyklostezky.
Už od příjezdu velmi příjemní majitelé, kteří se chovali velice přátelsky a nenuceně. V termínu ve kterém jsme byli na dovolené, byl hotel jen sporadicky obsazen, ale přesto byly služby prvotřídní. Kuchyně skvělá.
Můžu vřele doporučit jak na dovolenou, tak třeba jen na prodloužený víkend.
