Uma nova experiência
O local é muito bonito
A casa é acolhedora e tem um terraço com uma vista muito bonita
Casa equipada com eletrodomésticos e utensílios de cozinha
O pequeno almoço também muito variado (só não vem á hora que nos informaram, era suposto vir às 8h30, mas só foi entregue 1h depois)
O início problema é que tem muitos mosquitos a casa está equipada com vários produtos para os mosquitos, mas acaba por ser incomodante ...
Mas de resto é uma experiência excepcional

Location was great for walking to town. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with walking difficulties, as you have to traipse your luggage to the far side of 2 small lakes.
The breakfast basket was fantastic, a variety of food options and milk and juice, this was by far the most pleasant part of the stay. Staff were helpful and polite.
All in all a little overpriced for the stay quality, I wouldn’t stay for more than 2 nights if I were to return and would pack light!

Managers: thieves.
Following the email exchanges, we booked and paid a 50% deposit on their account that was cashed.
The day before our arrival we double check the time of the c/in via Whatsapp. Response: NO reservation in our name...
We are asked for proof of payment...
They have no trace of the emails exchanged...
After 3 weeks no news...
Finally, we are told that they will make the refund as soon as possible...
After more than 1 month: nothing It's a scam...scandalous and dishonest.
In addition, ignoring a problem and leaving customers unanswered and without follow-up is the most rude and least professional attitude on the part of a hotel manager.
In summary, I absolutely do not recommend this host & place and strongly advise against It.

Great idea but poor maintenace and totally lack of mangement..
1. The access to the complex is VERY bumpy, so only recomended if you drive a 4x4 with top shock absorvers...
2. The cristal water of the pictures where the floating rooms are located turned into a SWAMP of smelly seaweeds...
3. The breakfast is abundant but of the lowest quality (based on frozen bread, highly processed croisants, budget cheese & ham,...). The only really good thing were fruits, but its a shame they were served in a tiny coffe plate.
4. Better not to talk about the "spa"!?? or the inexistent pool / children pool...
5. Most critical thing from my point of view was SECURITY. Specially if you are the only guest of the 4 boat rooms because during the night you are left alone in the middle of an inhabited suburb area of the city. NO ONE from the hotel/company/service
overnights in the reception of the complex, so better if you havent seen Cape of Fear yet.
Finally, it would like to point out that staff working there were very friendly and helpfull. From my point of view the problem comes from the high expectations created by a far from reality publicity (and inflated price).
