We travel extensively but rarely leave reviews. This property is one that requires a comment. It is simply awesome. They were quite helpful with working around our schedule. The villas themselves are fabulous. We either made dinner at home with the well stocked kitchen or drove to eat out (walking to the nearby resort is an option), this would be the only downside if you didn't have a car.

Great villa! Great location!
I'm giving them five stars even thought it wasn't perfect. I don't want to ruin they're rating.
Pros - It is brand new. I think they opened last year. It's roomy and comfortable. Basically a full kitchen with a full-sized fridge. It's a one minute walk to the beach. They have kayaks available for use. There is a private pool with each villa. The internet works well (better than in the Intercontinental on Tahiti, go figure). Jenny, our host was super helpful. The a/c was really efficient. The villa is solar-powered, so I didn't feel guilty running the a/c all night. Easy access to shopping and restaurants on the northwest side of the island, including Coco Beach. You simply must have lunch there.
Cons - The bed is really hard. It was like sleeping on the floor. I didn't sleep well because of this and, if I were to return to Mo'orea (which I may not because it is expensive and there are so many other tropical places I want to check off of my bucket list), I would stay here for that reason alone.
The other cons were notable, but not really a big deal to me. I'm disclosing these in case they are of interest to you.
The deck and private pool are not completely private. There are places where one could be seen from the path. If you are modest, this might preclude you from swimming naked.
It was quite buggy outdoors, making the deck practically unusable. Yes, I am aware that this is a remote, tropical island. But there are ways to mitigate bugs that they could use.
There were roosters crowing all day and all night. These were not our run-of-the-mill crow-at-dawn roosters. Again, this is a remote, tropical island with loose chickens everywhere. And this is not in the control of the hosts. But you should be aware that your sleep will be disturbed.
They don't have snorkel gear to borrow. Then again, few places in Mo'orea (or Bora Bora) had gear to use. Bring your own.
The public road that leads to the property is a minefield of potholes. It's not far, perhaps 500 meters, but be prepared for an extremely bumpy ride. Again, not in their control. Just be prepared.
All of the above are the whininess of a privileged American white dude. It's a great place to stay and, if not for the bed, I would go back.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. We booked a bungalow with a private pool and walking distance to the beach/lagoon. The property is equipped with a fully functioning kitchen and a washer & dryer in the bathroom for your convenience. We found both very helpful. Also, a water dispenser for water is in the kitchen with basic condiments. The bungalows provide dishwashing, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo and body wash. The property also provides paddle boards. I would recommend this beautiful secluded oasis for vacation. If you are traveling with a family they have two properties facing the ocean with a private pool that are three bedrooms for rent as well. The property is secure, it is in a gated community. Miss Jenny and Miss Jennifer are wonderful hosts, very hospitable and knowledgeable. I can not say enough. We will definitely come back.❤️❤️❤️

Modern bungalows on the dream beach!
Moorea Beach Villas are a brand new beachfront complex overlooking the Motus! In total there are 10 wonderfully equipped bungalows, 8 of which have their own pool. At the very front there are two large villas with extra large pool and direct beach access.
Here you really thought about it - the bungalows are extremely beautifully designed and really offer the greatest comfort: With a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with washer and dryer, a great large terrace and the illuminated pool - you really get some luxury!
In addition, high-quality kayaks, as well as paddles and life jackets are available to all guests.
From the beach you can paddle to Coco Beqch or the sandbar to the stingrays in a few minutes.
There are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
We rented an electric scooter from Coco Rider and explored the whole island from there - so we can only highly recommend Moorea Beqch Villas to anyone! One has the perfect starting point to explore the island!
