No complaints for the price!

We stayed here for 3 nights, the shared facilities were very clean although I was under the impression we had private! the beds were comfortable enough, the other guests were fine and it was near enough the town to walk everywhere, would stay again for the great price

Not worth the price

-there was no wifi in the room (apparently only in mine). I had to take my laptop and use it in the corridor
-all shower cabins had broken shower holders
-after one minute in the shower you're getting only freezing cold water
-very thin walls, hard to sleep when you hear everything (+ 24h alcohol store just outside the window)
Definitely overpriced. There are much better hostels in the city center for that price.

A real basic

Bottom line 40€ for a bed with hardened in noisy room. Why did I even consider anything else than my colleague suggestion to go for Ibis???
Tough learning but... The place is close by the presidential palace.

Something to repeat

We Just chose that hostel because we thought it had a good position from everywhere we wanted to go and visit. But we were amazed by the simpaty of all the people working there. Speaking an amazing english, and being able to answer all our questions. We were 3 portuguese guys having fun. For people who wanna go there to enjoy everything the City has to offer, it is really good at a low price. We had a 24h opened drink store Just outside the hostel. We had our fun, and they were always cool. Cooked there, what helped us save some money, because they have nice kitchen tools. For guys and Girls who wanna enjoy a good time. This hostel was amazing. Thank you guys

Cheap and comfortable

We chose this hostel because it is very close to Old Town and all central attractions. It is cheap, it looks pretty good (tho the beds are kind of small, so if you're really tall, you might have a problem). They have shared bathrooms, but I never had to wait or anything like that, although the hostel was pretty full. The girls from reception were very nice, we asked for towels and received them, as well as all sort of information. They have small kitchens where you can make coffee/tea/leave food, they serve breakfast for a fee. Also, nearby there is a pub where you can find good food and awesome latte, as well as a 24h liquor store and a market :)
