No ways I will get back to them
Very disappointing check-in experience.
The complex is large, yet no clear instructions were provided on where to go upon arrival — only a phone number “in case of questions.” When I called, the receptionist answered but abruptly ended the call before I could confirm the directions.
During check-in, manager Mariia refused to send the payment confirmation by email, which is a completely reasonable request. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. She even said: “If you want good service — book a hotel, these are apartments.” This is unacceptable in hospitality.
I felt unwelcome and will not be returning.

No frill apartment
+ve:
1. Spacious room and pretty new
2. Complete kitchenette,microwave & washer (buy your own washing powder or liquid, unless you are lucky the earlier tenant left behind for you) is made available.
-ve:
1. House keeping once a week.. no bloom, mop and you have to handle your own carbage else leaving the kitchen waste for a week in the room with you.
2. Instant coffee, tea only provided upon checkin
3. The"large bed" is twin bed. The linen is just slightly bigger then the size of the bed.. any extra linen cost PLN60
4. I dont find the receiption is helpful.

Decent location, but falls short of expectations
The stay was okay overall. The building is within walking distance to Centrum, which was convenient. However, it was advertised as an apartment with hotel services — but there were none. No housekeeping, no towel or toilet paper replacements, and no room cleaning during the stay.
We also found the “large bed” to actually be a small standard double — we asked and were told all the beds are the same size. Some features in the room were worn out: the sink was damaged and the bathroom door was jammed, which made it inconvenient. We stayed in Room 0508.
Not terrible, but definitely not what we expected from the description.

I had an awful experience staying at this hotel apartment, I stayed for 5 nights, and on my 4th day, I went down to the reception, and asked for a housekeeper to empty the rubbish bin, the guy told me that “ We don’t provide the cleaning service, you do it yourself”
I kindly asked the hotel staff to help me book the fine-dining restaurant, and she impolitely answered me “ We don’t provide this service, and I can’t help you “ I was so shocked by their service, arrogant and rude Polish staff. I was so disappointed with their attitudes, I have been traveling around the world, this is the worst experience in my entire life. I rate this 2 stars.
