Beautiful, clean, strategic

I couldn't find a flaw. Close to the restaurant and club area, not far from the center. Common areas furnished with taste in a modern style. Essential but very bright and clean rooms and finally kind staff. What else would someone say

It would have been a five star rating if the staff did not wake me up, had been promised late check-out at 13:00 instead of 12:00, (not very generous "late checkout is it with +1h) I had had a very rough week in Ukraine and needed to sleep. 12.20 reception staff is bangning on door, waking me up. They need to confirm my late check-out . (?????????) No words.
When complaining about this in reception the girl working there smirked. This type of behaviour upsets me, no respect for the customer. No restaurant in hotel either, just grilled sandwiches.
I wont be statyng here again paying like 950kr to be treated like a word that can't be published.

It was very nice but we'd specifically booked it because your website stated it was pet free.
Unfortunately, it wasn't pet free and both me and my sister suffer with allergies to dogs and cats.
Luckily we were ok and both our rooms were clean but we asked why it was on your website and we were just told that it wasn't on their website.
They even said they do not separate off a floor to house the animals which seems unfair to people with allergies.
It would at least make sense to keep one floor just for where animals can stay with their owners and would surely make it easier for the cleaning staff too.

I've been coming back for years, and it's always wonderful to stay at Motel One in Warsaw.
They always make me feel like the most important guest in the hotel.

Very central, close to public transport stops, clean and comfortable.
