Understated elegance without ostentation
Very quiet boutique hotel in the Old Town of Warsaw. Attentive staff, complimentary lemon water in the lobby, elegant color scheme in muted yellow, cream, and brown tones. The rooms are elegant, but also a bit small. Air conditioning very efficient and quiet. Stays in the atrium courtyard are affected by loud air conditioning units there.

A fabulous hotel!
We returned last week after spending 5 nights in Warsaw at the wonderful hotel. We travel often, across the globe and recent trips have included NYC, Prague, Budapest, Thailand, Vietnam and Greece. We have stayed in some amazing boutique hotels and this hotel is now one of our very favourites! What a gem of a find! The hotel lobby is stunning - with a grand piano and lovely sofas to relax in, the restaurant is equally lovely but the real prize is the court yard garden! Having breakfast there each morning was an added plus to an already fantastic visit. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. The choice even included a juicer… which we filled with berries and kiwis etc and made our own fresh juice! Our room was perfect! Spacious and comfortable, lovely outlook and nice and bright. The bathroom was huge and beautifully laid out. The shower pressure was second to none! The mattress and pillows could have been firmer but that is a personal taste. The highlight of the hotel is the spa area. Every morning I indulged in a swim before breakfast and most mornings I had the pool all to myself! The staff were all delightful - helpful and friendly. The hotel’s location is perfect. Just a short walk along a beautiful cobbled street takes you the heart of the old town. Plenty of excellent restaurants near by and even a park along the river. We were staying at the hotel the same weekend as the Iron Man and got to welcome the competitors at the finish line in the nearby park. We had an amazing visit ~ so much so that we hope not long till we can visit again! Do I recommend this hotel? …. 100 % and more!

Beautiful room with some great design making it feel big and spacious. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Good location near the old town and walkable for restaurants. Friendly staff.

Upscale hotel in perfect location in Warsaw
Upscale hotel in perfect location in Warsaw. I especially liked the location, but also everything else was great about the hotel. We did not choose to have breakfast as it seemed expensive addition but there are plenty of places nearby, with the exception that they open at 8 am at the earliest. So if you have an earlier flight I'd recommend to have breakfast at the hotel. We also liked the sauna and the pool. The service was outstanding.
