Amazing

A very comfortable and sophisticated hotel that offers true relaxation. From the moment you walk in, the luxurious scent of the hotel makes you feel the greatness of Poland. The rooms are elegant and spacious, and the food, desserts, and coffee were all exceptional and reflected a refined Polish taste. Thank you, great Poland, for this wonderful experience!

Amazing hotel placed a bit outside the city center which was a huge plus for me. Free parking, great room with private outside patio. Amazing room service that served the ordered breakfast on a desired time. The pool area was a bit crowded but clean and beautiful

The Hilton Hotel is a very comfortable place to relax with a swimming pool and delicious breakfasts in the company of delegates of brothers and sisters from around the world during the Jehovah's Witnesses convention in Warsaw.

I stayed for 4 nights and the hotel was busy most of the time with a large amount of conference guests. One morning in the restaurant it was difficult to find a table and get breakfast. Breakfast has a good selection with a live cooking station for omlettes and eggs. I ate in the restaurant in the evening twice with a different experience both times. The first time wasn't great service, my main dish was brought out while I was still eating my starter, the waitress wasn't very helpful and there was a guests dog running around, however the food was very good. The second time was completely different, the waitress Weronika was so helpful and made dining a pleasure. The gym is well equipt and the pool, sauna and steam room were also good. The staff in the Health Spa were not too helpful giving information about towels or lockers in the changing room. The room itself was quite spacious, with fridge and kettle - 2 bottles of water provided each day.

Could be better

With the exception of the member of staff dealing with him, all staff seemed very distant and spoke as little as possible if at all. The room was fine as was the cleanliness. Breakfast was also fine however options could have been a little more expansive and the hot water for tea had run out and nobody had any intention of dealing with it. This venue is quite out of the way from central Warsaw and is a bus and a tram ride away.
