One night in Tychy...
Stayed for 1 night during a business trip in Tychy.
Rooms are a lit bit old style but clean.
Personal at reception and restaurant are very kind and professional.
I did not try the spa.
I was a restaurant for dinner.
They are serving very tasty plates and very well decorated.
Breakfast has a wide choice of sweet and salty dishes.
Good option for a business trip.

I have no photo but I do not recommend this hotel!!
The worst hotel I have ever experienced. Never again to the Hotel Arena in Tychy. Tomorrow I will write to the manager what is in charge of the hotel.
The service is unwilling, incompetent and arrogant. Especially the blonde waitress who was not even able to apologize for the 1.5 hour delay in the food we ordered. We refused the food. Two families who came after us got food. We were supposed to be staying there from 3.2. - 4/2/2024. I canceled my stay due to the reluctance and arrogance of the waitress who refused to tell me her name. That's why I want to take this opportunity to complain about the blonde waitress who was unwilling and arrogant. I do not recommend this hotel, I will never be seen there again in my life!!! Teach the staff good manners!!! Tomorrow I will write a complaint about this lady who knows nothing about herself!! We went home the same day and returned the card to reception! I give the hotel 1* for the arrogant and condescending behavior of the blonde waitress! I hope the hotel manager will read this and solve it! We weighed 100 km from the Czech Republic, but this has never happened to me. And I go to Poland regularly! Client Křížek Pavel

Basic. Ok. Nothing special. Could be better.
The hotel is basic. There are some easy things they could do to help themselves to be more than average. My criticisms are:
- Arrived at 11.30pm and could not get a beer after 12 hours travelling.
- The net curtains in the room were very torn, see picture.
- Shower head meant that the shower was rubbish, see picture.
- Shower door broken.
- I had to make my own bed, see picture.
- I asked for a quiet room. At 7am the building works started, see picture.

Well located for Motorway, Katowice, Auschwitz, Krakow
This hotel is located just off of the motorway.
The hotel has a great spa, the pool was too cold for me but the rest of the facilities were great.
The hotel restaurant served great food, both breakfast and lunch.
The hotel is situation next to the ice skating rink, great for hockey matches.
The hotel rooms were clean and bathrooms modern. Beds were too hard and the pillows too soft - personal preference.

Average rooms but great restaurant
i have stayed here repeatedly and the restaurant has never disappointed. Soups, salads, fish and beef or pork dishes are all prepared deliciously and presented beautifully. On the other hand, the beds and linen are as consistently disappointing. The beds are rather small and the mattresses rather too soft. Worst thing is that without exception the sheets will shift during the night leaving the protective mattress cover partly exposed.
The rooms are quiet and clean, and there is free mineral water in each room.
