Un agréable séjour
Les chambres sont assez confortables. Légère odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre mais n'est pas très pratique pour quelqu'un qui essayait d'arrêter de fumer. Le lit était bon et offrait une nuit de sommeil correcte. La piscine avait l'air super, j'ai oublié mon maillot !

Il n'avait rien d'extraordinaire Tout d'abord, unique au repos avec
Hôtel calme, situé à proximité Botanic Garden. Se rendre à l'hôtel est vraiment difficile, en raison des travaux. Les chambres sont vraiment belles, pas un 5 étoiles, mais il est propre et pratique. Il n'y a sec et humide des saunas, un bain à remous et une piscine.
Mais ce qui fait la particularité de cet endroit, c'est son personnel ! J'étais au voyage d'affaires deux fois à l'hôtel et les filles qui travaillent là nous ont traités comme des clients. Serviable, toujours souriant, de quoi faire des choses dans la case, comme des soupes à 2 h du matin. Même sans la moindre esquisse de sourire. La cuisine que sert le restaurant est très bon et les portions sont énormes. Les prix de la nourriture peu au-dessus de la moyenne.
Endroit idéal, où nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Franchement, c'est l'endroit où il faut séjourner chaque fois qu'on viendra à Lublin. Les propriétaires ne doit en faire tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour que les employés, parce qu'ils font de cet hôtel.

Difficile de se rendre là-bas, mais on y a eu un excellent rapport qualité/prix !
L'hôtel est très agréable et les prix sont super. J'ai préféré cet hôtel aux autres hôtels dans le centre-ville et le prix de 3 fois plus cher. J'ai bien aimé la piscine et le petit déjeuner était très bon. Même si le restaurant est moyen. Mais c'est vrai que j'avais une très bonne nuit de sommeil dans le grand lit. C'était tout de même très bon marché en raison de s'en aller vu qu'il y avait de voirie. Je recommande quand même cet hôtel pour un voyage d'affaires.

Un hôtel moderne et confortable charmant
Un hôtel très moderne et confortable à la périphérie de Lublin. L'hôtel est à environ 15 minutes en taxi du centre-ville. Il y a des jardins très agréables avec un lac. Il y a aussi une grande piscine couverte. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et les repas du soir sont bien trop bien que le chef est pas toujours autour pour cela. Il y a également un bar ouvert 24 h/24 et vous pourrez prendre un verre au bar quasiment chaque fois que vous voulez. Les chambres sont grandes et modernes. Le seul point négatif de cet hôtel, c'est le personnel du bar et du restaurant personnel froid en pierre. Ils ne sourient pas grand-chose et quand vous demandez quelque chose qu'ils vous font vous sentir comme si vous êtes demander une faveur énorme !

The Royal Botanic Hotel, Lublin, Poland
Ok, I stayed here from 20th April until 28th April. Booked a double room (always good extra space!) and having flown into Warsaw and then rented a car to drive the 2 hour drive to Lublin, I arrived around 2pm to check in. The hotel is set in lovely grounds with a huge garden and places to walk and admire nature. You can also eat outside and there is plenty of free parking at the hotel too. My room was on the second floor and was neat and tidy and clean, although the furnishings are outdated and could do with upgrading. Hotel staff were polite and spoke English - except the cleaners, who, when I wanted another pillow, did not understand - but we sorted it out. They were very friendly. On the whole, the staff are very polite but don't smile that much. But if you engage with them, they open up a bit. The room had a bottle of water, flat screen TV, (channels are a bit limited), large bathroom with a good shower (hot water each morning was fine) and minimal toiletries, so bring your own! No robes or slippers either but there is a hair dryer. I stayed 7 nights and also ate at the hotel too, as well as elsewhere. Breakfast is a buffet, available from 7am until 10am, with quite an extensive variety of food, but it does not change much. Dinner is available from 4pm until 8pm after which the Chef goes home. There is a bar too. Note that as in most places now, staff are minimal so the bar girl probably serves the dinner and also attends the Reception when needed. Overall, I liked the hotel and would stay there again, even though I am used to more extensive facilities.
Pros - Wonderful gardens, small but good food menu, rooms are comfortable and very clean and the hotel is mostly quiet. Free WiFi is also good.
Cons - No room service, no robes or extensive toiletries - as found in other hotels. Also they have a pair of McCaw birds in the hotel, living in a cage about 10 times smaller than it should be - a bit cruel. And when they shout it's like listening to a Dinosaur! Be ready for it to happen!! Serving food only between 4pm and 8pm is not good. The road leading up to the hotel from the main highway, is not in the best condition. Drive slowly to take it easy on your tyres. One big issue for me - there was NO EMERGENCY INSTRUCTION NOTICE IN THE ROOM! So if we needed to evacuate in case of fire for instance, no instructions are provided. (I later noticed some instructions on a wall on the ground floor, but these were in Polish. This hotel has international guests and so needs these instructions on the back door of each room - and in Polish, English, German and French too!.
Overall, my stay was very acceptable. Once I got used to the screams of the McCaws, it was fine. I walked in the grounds, had a satisfactory breakfast and ate a very good Pizza for dinner from the Bar Menu. Room cleaning was excellent and the cleaning girls are very helpful if you need anything. I must also give thanks to the lady at Reception who helped me to pay a parking fine! I could not do an on-line payment, so I paid her the money and she paid the fine online - and gave me a written receipt as well! Thank you very much.
Lublin has some excellent restaurants and lots to see in the city. And I managed many day trips out in the rental car.
