A very good value for money stay in an excellent location

Excellent location, right in the heart of the Old Town, above an ice-cream shop. Very friendly and helpful staff and owners. Room was very clean, comfortable and size was adequate for one person. Very good value for money and a good alternative to a hotel.

Nice apartments in the very center of the city

Apartment Carmelito is located in the center of Lublin, directly opposite the Krakow Gate. The rooms are located on the third floor. The apartments are small, but generally well equipped, with everything you need for a normal holiday. The staff is responsive and ready to help with any question. The soundproofing of the room was good and we slept quite well. Breakfast is not provided and, unfortunately, the cafe on the ground floor, which was mentioned in other reviews, was also not open, so we had to look for coffee in the old town. If you are traveling alone, this is a good accommodation option, but if you are traveling alone, it will be a bit cramped. The price is affordable.

very disapointing

booked this apartment over others as they offer airport pickup which was badly organised-i waited in arrivals for 45mins, i got a member off staff to speak on phone he was waiting in his car!!! no staff spoke english double room very small with bed against wall, curtain was paper thin with a street light then beaming light at 4;30, go a blackout curtain put in but only 1 and wasnt wide enough, alot of noise at 6 am every morning, shower head leaked, no where to hang clothes,

Excellent value for money and great location...!

My wife and I spent one night at Apartamenty Carmelito in August 2019. Although there is no parking available there is a private car park a very short walk away and reasonably priced (30zl for 24 hours). We arrived on a Saturday and left the following day. The accommodation is right above an ice cream shop and very close to the main Lublin square. Our room was on the top floor so just a short walk up two flights of stairs. (the owner kindly helped us with our suitcase) As we had expected the room was compact and newly furnished. The two windows provided a view of the pedestrian area below and the Saturday/Sunday craft market. The bathroom was very clean as was the room, and had a shower, sink, toilet etc. We had a kettle etc and a table/chairs. The bed was comfortable and felt fresh and clean. The TV worked well and provided plenty of channels. There were no problems with noise despite it being a very busy weekend.
Overall the room provided excellent value for money and was just a few minutes walk to the main square. We also took our dog with us and the cost was very reasonable. There were lots of restaurants/shops/cafes nearby and have to say that we felt very relaxed during the time we spent here. The hotel staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The room would benefit with air conditioning as it was a very hot weekend but we were out most of the time and it was just for one night. I would recommend this hotel based on its value for money, cleanliness and location. Beautiful historical town with lots to do in the evening.

Fajny hotel

Największym plusem hotelu jest bliskość starówki, Pan bardzo miły, napisał wiadomość gdy pokój był gotowy. Sam pokój malutki, jednak wystarczający. Nie było żadnych problemów w hotelu. Serdecznie polecam!
