Really nice stay

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel for a week while teaching on a language camp for kids. I was very impressed with the facilities and with the modern feel to the hotel. The rooms and communal areas were clean and tidy, and I have no complaints whatsoever about the lovely room, which was very spacious and well-equipped. One of the best things about it was the super efficient laundry service- all of my clothes were washed and tumble dried within 24 hours, and folded beautifully. And the service cost just 15 zloty (3.50 euros, or less than £3.50)! The hotel has a badminton/ tennis court, basketball court, outdoor swimming pool, pool table, outdoor play area and spa, to list some of its many excellent facilities. The staff were generally nice and friendly, and could understand a limited amount of spoken English. The dining room was light and spacious, and the food very nice indeed (especially the soups!). The location is very pleasant- it is quite isolated but this is by no means a bad thing! There is a beautiful lake nearby, and the hotel grounds offer very nice views. There is also a shop around a 20 minute walk away, selling essentials. The only downside really was that the wifi didn't work at all, but sometimes it's nice to have a break from that for a while! Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel

Short stay for friends wedding celebration in nearby hotel.

Slightly disappointing.
Was lead to believe that the accommodation was good, with a number of facilities available ie spa and a pool overlooking lakes.
The reality was quite basic.
The pool had been drained. The Spa did not appear to be 'manned'.
The grounds although accommodating a swing park for children were left unattended and appeared neglected.
The accommodation rooms themselves, reflected the very first version of Butlins holiday camps dating 1930's that you can see online. This probably seems quite harsh, but unfortunately how they made me feel. Set out in a similar format to those 'camps' .They were clean and basic. Fitted with satellite television but with restricted accessible channels. Internet connectivity was available but only seemed accessible in the main building.
The drainage of the accommodation wasn't very pleasant ( nice sewerage smell greeted you upon opening the bathroom door) although the bathrooms had been kitted out with a power shower,sink and modern toilet.
The balcony view we were given was not overlooking any lakes... Those you had to go for a 10 minute walk to locate, outside of the hotel.
The breakfast although inexpensive was not great, with little selection, with the cereal we noted, being left out overnight uncovered! We did have an evening meal there, which was plentiful and freshly prepared.
On our first night (Thursday) we felt staff outnumbered hotel guests 2 to 1. Friday night was a bit more busy, both staff and guests.
Staff pleasant, reception staff helpful.
No receipt given with breakdown of accommodation and services. Cash ( Polish Zolty) to be paid upon completion of stay. Care! They attempted to charge me 3 nights but I had cancelled the 3rd night some while previous and had evidence of confirmation of cancellation!
At the end of the day somewhere to put your head, but not to expect anything else.

Duże rozczarowanie

Mam duży problem z tym hotelem, ponieważ jest naprawdę bardzo tani i ładnie położony, więc z całą pewnością spełnił swoją rolę jako miejsce na nocleg po trekkingu, ale obok kilku plusów pojawiły się pewne problemy krytyczne.
Z rzeczy dobrych: pokoje są duże, czyste i ładne, mają też spore balkony. Łazienki są nowoczesne i funkcjonalne. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń do umeblowania. Pracownicy recepcji są supermili. Dla gości dostępny jest parking oraz sporo przestrzeni do spędzania czasu na terenie całego ośrodka. Dodatkowo zwierzęta są akceptowane za bardzo niewielką opłatą (10 zł za dobę).
Tyle tylko, że...
1) Rano nie było ciepłej wody. Z kranu leciał płynny lód, w którym nawet umycie zębów było nieprzejmne.
2) Restauracja była nieczynna z powodu Wielkanocy. Byłoby fajnie, gdybyśmy zostali o tym uprzedzeni w momencie zrobienia rezerwacji, bo w okolicy nieszczególnie są inne miejsca dobre do zjedzenia czegokolwiek i trzeba było jechać 15 kilometrów do McDonalda na Zakopiankę.
3) Śniadanie jest dodatkowo płatne, ale to już był żart. Najpierw siedzieliśmy przez nikogo nie zauważeni przez kilka minut, a kiedy podeszliśmy do ekspresu kawowego nagle zmaterializował się pan, który zrobił nam wyrzuty, że przecież ten ekspres jest przygotowany dla gości jakiegoś wydarzenia organizowanego przez hotel. Nasze śniadanie składało się z pomidora, miernej jakości sera i szynki, trochę przeciętnej świeżości chleba i jednej kawy na głowę. Z dań ciepłych można zamówić wszystko, pod warunkiem że jest to jajecznica. Żadnych zimnych napojów, nawet wody do picia. Szybko się ewakuowaliśmy, bo szkoda było naszego czasu.
Ogółem przykra sprawa, ale spało się wygodnie, więc na nocleg bez oczekiwań jak znalazł.

Super smaczne jedzenie !

Hotel składa sie z kilku budynków. Pokoje małe, choc wystarczające. Zamiast ławy, do pracy lepszy byłby stolik. Czyściutko. W łazience szampon i mydło. W pokoju czajnik, kawa i herbata. Woda mineralna za darmo. Wizyta w zimie-z okna widać zaśnieżony basen. Wnosząc śnieg na butach mozna po wejściu do budynku łatwo sie poślizgnąć. Jedzenie !!!!! Poezja smaku typowo polskich potraw ! Do wyboru i na specjalna prośbę ( dziękuje !). Nie do przejedzenia !!! Obsługa wzorowa !!!

התארחתי ליומיים בבית המלון.
השומר בקבלה חיכה לנו עד מאוחר בלילה ולמרות שלא דיבר מילה באנגלית קבלת האורחים היתה לבבית מאוד.
המחירים לחדר זולים וכן האוכל במסעדה של המלון.
המטבח נסגר ב 21:00, מחייב תכנון של ארוחת הערב.
