Nice hotel and location
My room 327 was to the rear looking into a car park and was extra quiet. Bed was clean and comfortable and I’m fussy in this respect. Shower, towels, body-gel and WiFi were good. TV wasn’t offering much English speaking channels but I wasn’t there to view TV and maybe I didn’t search enough in that respect.
I didn’t find the hotel to have the warmest atmosphere but I can deal with that.
A 10-15 minute walk takes you to the city centre and main square which is historically fascinating and also offers a vast range of restaurants and bars.
I’d easily spend another trip here and book this hotel. Thanks

Ideal value for money hotel
Pros: Value for money, clean, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, mini store inside the hotel for snacks and water, atm machine right at the entrance, ac.
Bus and tram stop right outside, supermarket next to it, coffee place opposite.
A short 5 min walk to Wawel castle, 20-25 min walk to old town. If you take the tram it’s only a short 5 min ride to the old town.
Cons: Rooms a bit smaller than the pictures, small shower and wc room.( not the one in the room for the disabled persons). No fridge in the room, no face and hand towels, no slippers.
It would be nice if there was a place where you can sit, unwind and have a drink after a long day out. There is only a small area with chairs near the reception.
Overall, if you are looking for a clean, budget friendly hotel, in a convenient location, this is the place.
If you are looking for more amenities or luxurious facilities, it’s not.

My only problem was that the elevator stop opened up at one end of the hall and I was all the way down the last door in the hallway. It was an inconvenience for the days my body was acting up. But you can ask for a room close to the elevator.
If you have handicap parking card then you can park behind the hotel for free. But also free in downtown krakow.
Overall 10/10 and we chose the same hotel chain in posnan

The breakfast was really good with a lot of varieties.
It would have got 5 stars for the budget class hotels but I miss minibar in the room and that the breakfast didn't have toaster, less fruits and croissants.
