Good service for a short stay

I've stayed in the apartment nr 3 during 5 days. This is not an apartment that you rent to manage on your own, but a kind of apart-hotel that provides you with extra things: you get towels, soap for hands and shower, detergent for washing dishes, and cloth to dry dishes. The apartments measures 15sqm aprox. Mine had also a balcony. They all have their own individual bathroom. It's important to notice that in fact, it's one big apartment in an old house that was divided into 4 by "fake" walls. After climbing to the 1st floor you have access to the main entrance door with a code, and you enter a corridor, that shows 2 apartments at each side. This kind of arrangement means that you can certainly hear everybody that enters and goes out (other tenants arriving late in the night, cleaning lady coming at 9am to prepare rooms), and if you are in the bathroom, as it was my case, you can hear clearly the conversation of the neighbours next door. The apartment was perfectly cleaned (the only exception was inside the electric kettle). A cover sheet and a (light) duvet is provided. My apartment led to the interior of the house, to an internal small road where the dustbins where located. One day out of five I heard at 6 am in the morning the truck coming to pick up the garbage. There was no cupboard, but just a racket with hangers. And there are no chairs to sit on, but 2 benches and a table against the wall, Certainly an overweighted person will have trouble sitting there for a long time. My apartment, because of being internal, was kind of cold and dark. The sun was not coming directly to the window. Because of the lak of comfortable chairs where to sit and have a nice food and the coldness of the apartment itself, it doesn't invite you to stay for a long time. The owner was quite clear with the explanations about how to enter the apartment (opening 3 locks!), but failed to give a reply about extending my stay for 1.5 hour more. When I finally got the reply (some minutes before the check out the explanation given was that the cleaner was new, and as she was already in the apartment, it was hard to him to explain her to break her routine. In addition: the apartment has no TV, no microwave, a very small basin where to wash small clothes, but good internet connection. It's just to sleep, not to have a relaxing time. It's 20m walking distance to the main square and to the train station.

Нормальные апартаменты на пару суток

Останавливались в этих апартах на двое суток. Готовили только завтраки, т к вытяжки нет и запах от готовки стоял в комнате. Из ванной комнатты чувствуется запах сырости, но хозяева в комнате установили электрический освежитель, но спать дыша химией не хотели и отключили его.
Примерно в 5-7 мин находятся супермаркеты Жабка и Бедронка. До центра города пешком около 20-25 мин. Возле дома остановка автобусов (останавливается автобус в аэропорт). Есть хороший wi-fi. Телевизора нет.
В целом, нормальные апартаменты на пару дней, все скромно, бюджетно. Если оставаться на дольше, нужно спрашивать по поводу уборки. У нас за двое суток уборки небыло (она и не была нужна) и мусор не выносили (а можно было бы, накопилось 2 пакета).
