One of the best hotel in Kraków

Galaxy hotel is with perfect location, near to Stare Mesto /central square of Kraków/ and along Visla river/ one very relaxing area/.
Hotel is very clear and quiet.
It has swimming pool / small but enough/, nice lobby bar, restaurant and garden.
One thing which I have never seen in all European hotels / I visited in the year more than 150 hotelss all over the Europe/ it is machine for clear mineral cold and hot water at every stage for use free of charge.
That's way you are not thinking in the hot summer what to drink.
One more advantage of the hotel is that Hip on Hop of /Sight Seen /bus has first stop in the front of the hotel.
And the last advantage, one of the biggest Kraków MOL is in 5 minutes walking.

Everything was of a high standard. The breakfast was very good, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was excellent, close to a shopping mall and within easy reach of the city centre. Another great advantage was that the tourist bus started directly from the hotel. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay!

Super hotel, enjoyed the room with twin beds , perfect for me and my daughter! Clean, well situated, breakfast delicious! Staff very friendly. Great little swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna! I would happily return!

Recommended

Nice Hotel just outside the center Nice neat rooms and a nice breakfast Did find incidentally that the ladies were not very attentive Kheb a big point, I had forgotten a folder of money when I checked out and when I got home I noticed that I had forgotten He was on the table. Have contacted the Hotel but have not received any response which I find very resentful

Liked the location away from the noisy town centre and yet very short distance (10 minutes walk to the Jewish Quarters).
Spacious enough room & very good air conditioning.
Excellent breakfast.
(would have liked the shower glass protector longer or completely closable so as not to wet the floor)
