Nice little hotel in a residential area. It was close to the train and a nice walk to the grocery store. There is a sauna by reservation and a restaurant on site. There is an airport pickup that can be scheduled for a fee. The rooms were nice but we did have to request the placard for room cleaning because it was missing. Everything we requested was provided by the staff. Even though there were some maintenance issues that came up, they were handled promptly.
It is a distance from the square and had to taxi around which is the only reason it got a 4 and not a 5 from me.
The breakfast was a little expensive, in my opinion, so we opted to go to the grocery store instead.
Would recommend.

The hotel and staff were very good on the whole although I found the person who checked me out a little rude. Just be aware the hotel is right next to the train station. This is great if you are a tourist like me for getting to the hotel from the airport and travelling back into krakow or down to Auschwitz. But if you have come by car or have other means of transport then the compromise of added noise from the station may not be worth it. Room was spotless. Hotel generally very nice as you would expect from 4 stars. The breakfast was brilliant. Loads of options and takeaway sandwiches in bags a very nice touch. The restaurant menu very sensibly sticks to a limited options but to an excellent standard, I particularly recommend the fried xander. Overall this is a great place to stay in krakow and I very much enjoyed my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Focus Premium Hotel in Kraków.
Upon our arrival, due to a technical issue with our original room, we were kindly offered a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful apartment, a gesture we truly appreciated.
During our stay, an unfortunate housekeeping issue occurred. These things can happen in any hotel. What really makes the difference is how they are handled.
The Hotel Manager personally listened to our concerns, took full responsibility without making excuses, apologized with sincerity and professionalism, and went above and beyond to make things right with several thoughtful gestures that we genuinely appreciated.
In our opinion, the true quality of a hotel is not measured by the absence of mistakes, but by the way they are resolved. The professionalism, respect and genuine care shown by the management turned an unfortunate situation into a very positive memory.
Beautiful rooms, an excellent restaurant and a friendly staff. We highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to return on our next visit to Kraków.

Very nice place. Clean and cosy rooms. I have to admit the restaurant is fantastic - there's a pretty small menu, but that's a plus! Every dish I tried was delicious - desert including.

The property is perfectly clean and comfortable. Just keep in mind that train lines are behind the hotel. If you dont care… Its perfect stay
