Great hotel in the city center!
My friend loved this hotel and so did I. The rooms are decent size and the restaurant in the basement is pretty cool. There is parking, which is great. The morning breakfast isn't all that extensive, but you are sure to get something you like. There is a bar not too far away, which is great. I would suggest this hotel.

Not great
Made this reservation for one night while waiting to head to another venue for a wedding. The check-in went straightforward. There’s a very windy and awkward staircase to bring your bags up to get to the second floor. I would say borderline dangerous. Room locks with a traditional key. Dated decor. Bathroom has been updated but the shower does not drain properly and sprays through the shower door. I talked to several other guests staying at the hotel and they had the same issue with the showers.

A disappointment after multiple times of stay
After staying multiple times in this hotel during past years, my recent visit was a pure disappointment.
First, i have booked a superiour room with double bed, but was placed in the worst room possible, with a small bed of 70 cm wide where i could barely fit. i arroved at 01 at night after a several thousands km drive, so didnt have any power to find out and move.
While booking I kindly asked to make the room warm before my arrival - it was totally ignored.
The receptionist pretended not to speak any English.
The worst thing was - her trying to charge me twice the rate!!! While the room which i booked (and didnt get) was priced at 219 zlt, she insistantly tried to charge me 390 zlt!!! I find it outrageous! what was she hoping for?that it is middle of the night and i am so tired not to notice or not to bother finding out??
The breakfast was either not good - no good coffee or scrambled eggs possible.
extra star is for parking nearby and center location.

Nice decor, but......
We have chosen this hotel based on the recommendations on
Booking and TripAdvisor sites, and were really disappointed.
Starting with the pros: The location of the hotel is excellent, there is a free parking, the breakfast is fine and the décor of the rooms and the bathrooms is nice.
Now the cons:
There is no elevator, the stairs are steep, narrow and spiral. It is almost scary to climb up (or to get down) with a suitcase especially if one is a senior citizen . No one from the hotel staff thought to help us , even though we both are 70 +
We booked a room with one double bed. We got two singles attached, with two separate mattresses and two blankets. It turned out that, unlike what appears on the hotel's website, they do not have any other beds at all. In my opinion, this is a deception of the customers.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms
The rooms do not have enough lighting. In addition, in our room one of the ceiling lamps and the standing lamp were not lit (maintenance?)
There are not enough electrical outlets. In order to use an electric razor, you need to disconnect the hair dryer.
In order to charge the cell phone, the electric kettle should be disconnected and to reach the outlet, located just above the floor, it was necessary to crawl under the desk. Not really for older people!
There is was garbage can in the room, just a small tin container in the bathroom. There was nowhere to throw empty plastic bottles. It is very uncomfortable if you are a neat person and does not like to spread garbage around you.
It was the first time I had run into a hotel where the room has not been cleaned . They had just emptied the trash can in the tub and stretched the blankets in bed, not even the pillows. It was also very clear that they had not vacuumed the carpet. Pretty disgusting when it comes to a shaggy rug.
Overall, a disappointment. Nice design cannot compensate for discomfort. Small treats in the form of bathrobes and slippers cannot replace basic amenities and basic services for guests.

Excellent hotel in perferct localisation
Excellent hotel in perfect localisation. In heart of Chojnice. Rooms are very comfortable, especialy beds. Rooms have modern design. Breakfast was good. Parking is very little but free. 24 hours reception.
