PERFECT HOMIE HOTEL ...

We book 2 nights .spacious,clean,kitchenett was available,The hotel is nearby the beach just few minutes walk to the town.The parking is beside the road .
Lovely place just like home,beautiful view friendly owner.We would definitley recommend this hotel.

Bad will of the manager

Exceptional view, beautiful garden, close to beach and village.
Affordable price, still have to accept the negatives
No air conditioning (fan), discouraging and ugly decor, uncomfortable furniture, no tv - more annoying, anemic wifi connection, prehistoric bathroom-wc, impossible to get shower gel! (2 mini soaps + shampoo samples), obsolete kitchenette (plastic plates, no kitchen linen, no sponge), arbor magnificent view, abandoned to dogs, dirty.

Lovely villa and super friendly owner

We stayes with our 6 year old son in Evergreen Bayview and had a fantastic time. The house is clean and equipped with everything you need, like bathroom, kitchenette and even a TV. The owner Walter is extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot for that great time!

Amazing view

Don't be put off by the way, by the walk it is literally only 10 minutes. I'm nearly 60 and had no trouble. While the track looks steep, it is very short and well kept - easy to walk at night as it is very well lit. If you would like a bit of peace and quiet, this is a lovely place and Walter was extremely helpful.

Best viewvin Port Barton

What a lovely place. Away from the beach front at PB but close enough for a short walk.
Only downside for those with mobility issues are about 30 steps up to the property.
But when you get up there it's so worth it. You get a stunning view over PB beach and the bay, especially at sunset.
The accomodation was lovely too. We had a cottage at the furthest end from the entrance with a lovely covered seating area, with plants and flowers and trees around, adding to the idyllic setting.
The main room has a double bed with a fan and off this is a small shower room and a small, but perfectly formed kitchen.
No A/C, but with windows and mosquito nets covering the windows in the main room , just let the cool breeze flow through and you won't need A/C.
Walter, the owner was there some of the time and was a really nice guy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Good to sit and have a chat with.
Wish we had more time to just relax there, 3 days wasn't enough.
