Amazing concierge service
Her name is Andrea Asis : an amazing young girl working as a concierge. very quick, alert, with a cracking smile... that day i booked my 6.40 am flight not knowing that the airport was about more than 2 hours ride ...and not the local nearby airport that i thought it was.....I am a big time traveler and i experienced many many hotels, communications skills and attention to details are important traits in a concierge, without her i would have miss my flight ...Andrea is at the top of my list..she has a big and bright future in front of her, no doubt ...

Dreadful
From arrival, knew it was a questionable booking. You enter through a covered far park as the door from the road is closed off, then a jump lobby to the main reception
Check-in, despite prepaying, took an age and they also insisted in a cash deposit against breakages, this isn’t some seedy by the hour hotel, never had that before in a quality place
Room was challenging, besides the fact the lift takes you up then you have to walk down stairs to get to the room (how a PWD would cope is questionable) I Booked the loft room, didn’t say that this has no windows. So I stayed in a cave with no daylight or ventilation
Room itself was not good, poor quality and damaged, as shown in the photos. Shower has low pressure and didn’t get hot. On the plus side, bed was comfy enough and lots of shower toiletries.
Breakfast is awful, some noodles and fruit, awful coffee and generally got Ignored by serving staff
Weird Wi-Fi system which needs a different code each device and very slow Wi-Fi. All in all, next time I will find elsewhere and have a proper hotel experience

Maliit na parking space
Beware! Sa mga mag checheck-in dito, sa labas na lang kayo ng hotel mag park, para kung sakali gusto niyo agad umalis o lumabas saglit, hindi kayo maghihintay ng matagal.
Maliit ang parking space, masikip, tapos pagkakain kayo sa restaurant at hindi mag checheck-in, mas mabuting sa labas na lang mag park. Bakit? Dahil nagpapapark sila sa unahan mismo ng mga kotse na naka park. At pag emergency o kailangan na ninyo umalis, matagal bago mahagilap yung may ari ng kotse na nakaharang. Hindi din aware ang mga staff/guards kaya natagalan.
Minaliit pa kami ate hindi naman daw kami naka check-in (kasi yung nasa harapan namin na kotse eh naka check-in daw).

Amazing Stay!
Stayed here in October with family and was very pleased with the accommodation and service. We stayed at the Loft and it was amazing! Spacious, well equipped, Spotless and really love the design.
Will be back on our next visit to Naga, CamSur

Beautiful, new, clean 4-star hotel in a city that needed one.
In a dark, dirty, and dreary city like Naga, it was a wonderful experience to check into the clean, well-lit and beautiful hotel like The Litton. There is a parking garage under the building for around 5-7 cars, which was great, as it was raining. You will have to take an elevator up to the 2nd floor, to the lobby, in order to check in, which was quick, seamless and professional.
Hotel is brand new and only been open a few months and they are still working out the kinks, none of which we didn't experience anyway.
My only issue (among the four of us), that we all thought it was a bit expensive for the size of the room. Yes, it was new, and clean, and safe...but 3500 peso for a small room? The night before we stayed at The Summit, a similar hotel, and the room was much larger, for 2500 peso. However, the Litton has indoor parking, and the Summit has only outdoor.
Also, The Litton offers "free breakfast" for guests, but be warned....it's "filipino breakfast", so all you get is a scoop of rice, eggs, some toast, and soup. Being American, I asked the kitchen to fry up some eggs and I made toast, so I survived. I was impressed by the high quality plates, dishes and silverware; it was 5-star quality. But the meal wasn't worth the 1000 peso extra cost over the Summit.
AC worked fine, sleep quality was great; room was dark and quiet. No view out of the windows (just a neighbors back yard). Staff was polite and professional, MUCH more professional and trained compared to the idiots at The Summit, who, after 15 minutes, didn't seem to know how to check us in, even though we had a confirmation number. Thanks to Mr. Alvana, the manager, for the great time we spent at the hotel.
