Don't be deceived by their website!

We have a 2 day sampling activity at the Naga City People's Market and I looked for a place to stay which is walking distance and I found Regent Hotel. Everything looks perfect on their website but do not be deceived!
The room was so dirty that molds can be clearly seen on the tiles in their bathroom! While arranging my pillow to leave, I saw a cockroach underneath it which means that I was sleeping with a cockroach last night!
I thought I could just move on by transerring to a different hotel and here comes another issue, I availed their promo room because the only difference from their regular price and promo is that the regular room comes with breakfast and shuttle to the airport. Why would I need a shuttle to the airport when I drove from Manila to naga? Why would I have breakfast at the hotel when I will be on thw event from 5am to lunch? During check out, I ws informed by the front desk that I can not use a credit card because I availed the promo. Say what now?! Plus the girl was so rude!
And to think that they have a sticker on their door that says they are one of Bicol's finest is a disgrace to its people!
Plus, their hallway is like a horror movie in the making! The elevator re-opens midway as if someone is coming in!
I would never check in this hotel again!

Just Average

Our stay was okay. The Air conditioner inside our room was working fine. When we max out the temperature, our room got really cold haha. Our door cabinet was broken. The shower heater works and it heats up fast. It was just a little tricky getting the perfect temperature. Staffs are accommodating. In order to connect to the WiFi you have to log in and they give you the code, but pretty hassle for long staying guests since the code is good for 8 or 4 hours only. You have to ask for another code to the front desk again.

Family room works nice for a diwntown stay

Four family members were able to stay together during our downtown trip to Naga. Room was nice but the TV was outdated and there was no hot water heater in the CR. Lots of seminar attendees and parking was difficult. My right side mirror on my truck was bent in the morning. Security is there but dosent do a good job. Breakfast came with the room and it was nice but we only got hot water and a mini instant coffee pack with our meal. I think you could find a better hotel in the area.

Epic Failure Hotel

The hotel room 425 is cheap. not recommended for a relaxing from a 10-hour trip from Manila. Cr flush not working.
Dont be deceived by its website on the photo because none of it reflects the actual room.

RUDE FRONT OFFICE STAFF AND OLD ROOM

Last April 2017 my family went to Naga for my brother's wedding. So we are entitled 1 room accommodation for the grooms family. Since the room for us still use by the photographer, i went down to the lobby to check if there's room available near to my brother's room. the front office staff are arguing something in the telephone about the ojt (i guess) but she still acting like no one was in front of her. this one girl staff keep looking at me and didn't do anything. (Hello! im a guest!) they keep on arguing to that issue. and i asked for the room if there's available. So inside the room, i want to charge my phone and both outlet were not working! we call the lobby and attention the maintenance for the said outlet but suddenly nobody come. i approach the housekeeper but she neglected me! i call the lobby thrice! the room was old and the ceiling had sea page. i hope the management will give attention to this comment and learn how to train the staff with proper gesture, talk to the guest with etiquette and focus to the customer service.
