Second time checking in at Go Hotels. It's located conveniently besides a small mall/ Robinsons if you need quick grocery shopping and dining. It would be great to improve amenities, such as a free gym inside the hotel, or a microwave / small fridge inside the rooms. Otherwise a great stay overall.

room layout is a bit akward, having the bed immediately seen upon opening of door. all amenities/services has to be requested need to sign and all penalty warnings ok the form, iron, hair blower, iron board, toothbrush, whenever room assitance comes in, directly he will see the entire bed and anyone upon opening of door. you can hear and smell all happenings on the hallway.

Best Go Hotel branch I've been to
Clean place. Hallways are wide and well lit unlike other Go Hotels I have been to. Place is right above the mall which gives you plenty of options for food. The room is also more spacious compared to Ortigas, Mandaluyong and Airport Rd branches. The a/c however is not that cold unlike the other branches which really bothered me.

Go Hotel Otis is a solid budget-friendly option, offering good value for money. The sheets and pillows are surprisingly comfortable but there is a stain, making for a undecent night’s sleep. However, the room size is quite cramped, and the lack of windows can be uncomfortable, especially if you’re sensitive to enclosed spaces like I am. The windowless mirror need maintenance or to changes even the Towels they provide Bathtowells only and batmat no handtowells set up, the Ac not working properly...

Regarding room windows, please note that we have a limited number of rooms with windows. These are subject to availability and can be provided upon request at the time of booking or check-in. As a value essential hotel, our room sizes range from 15–18 square meters, designed to offer practicality and affordability.
For amenities, our standard towel setup includes two bath towels and one floor mat, and one trash bin is provided, located in the toilet area. We appreciate your feedback on this, as guest insights help us reassess our offerings where possible.
We have taken note of your comments about the mirror condition and air-conditioning performance, and these have been forwarded to our maintenance team for review and corrective action.

I will stay in this hotel in the future- clean rooms and helpful front desk for any request; very good place bec of mall and transportation is available
