Les salles de bains, privatives, sont munies de toilettes et d'une douche avec eau chaude. Une moustiquaire est également présente. Le Bistro MGR sur place sert une sélection de collations légères et de boissons. Un petit-déjeuner à la carte et un service d'étage sont par ailleurs disponibles. Le personnel de ce complexe hôtelier pourra vous aider à réserver des massages, des sorties de plongée sous-marine/avec tuba et des excursions. Des paniers-repas et des services de garde d'enfants sont assurés. Moyennant un supplément, vous bénéficierez aussi d'un service de navette aéroport. Vous séjournerez à 12 minutes en voiture de la falaise Lapus Lapus. Enfin, l'aéroport international de Mactan est accessible en 30 minutes en bateau, suivies de 4 heures de route.

Amazing Experience
The resort is walking distance to/from the port and also to the bounty beach. Might be confusing as there are a lot of small alleys. There are signages and directions going to the resort posted on some areas.
I really like the simplicity of this accommodation. Not fancy, not trying to be different but more of giving the local community vibe.

Considering the price and condition, we think it's an average experience
You do not hear neighbors or other guests in the hotel.
You order breakfast on a card and are served one dish and one drink (either coffee or pineapple juice). If you want more or something else, it costs extra.
We think the breakfast is very basic.
The shower is not very hot and the shower head holder could use a replacement, the shower falls down. The room is spacious and generally clean. Nice there is a closet and a table. The bed is comfortable, the linen clean, but old stains on the sheets and holes patched up.
There is free drinking water to fill up at the reception, you are given one 1/2 liter drinking bottle per room. Bring your own if necessary. The water dispenser could use a thorough cleaning, doesn't look that appetizing. The staff are nice, friendly, smiling. The garden is nice and well maintained.
Located 5 minutes walk from Bounty beach, which the hotel actually advises not to use because there is a lot of boat traffic and the risk of not being seen when swimming. Instead, they recommend the north beach, approx. 30 min walk or a ride on a scooter. We spent a few afternoons at Bounty Beach, it was okay, there are shady places and you can swim at the beach, just be aware of the boats. We walked to the north beach, but did not like it because of trash on the beach and too windy, but a nice walk up there.

There are lots of hidden costs that may confuse you if you are travelling on budget
Hotel staff delayed my check-in by almost 3 hours from time scheduled by hotel in Agoda (10:00 a.m.). By the day check in, I was arriving at 10:00 a.m. and being told that room was not ready to check in. After few hours back to hotel I was still being asked to wait for the room as according to hotel staff check-in time in Agoda.com website was stated incorrectly.
Room was outdated, broken down, and dirty. The furniture in the room was stains and there was a terrible damp old smell. Pictures of accommodation do not reflect the reality of it at least for budget room. The biggest downside is the water because they use "salt water" for tap and shower. As I understood the water they provided via the tap and shower is actually salt water filtered from the ocean as it is very salty and had weird taste especially had weird taste especially when you’re brushing teeth. They only provide body soap and shampoo and towels for toiletries.
There are lots of hidden costs that may confuse you if you are travelling on budget. There is aircon in the room but you are allowed to use it only for extra cost (and this info was hidden in Agoda.com page). They do provide water only at the reception or at the restaurant for ₱20, so you have to have your own empty bottles to refill yourself. Breakfast was very mediocre with an additional cost ₱160. I do not advise to stay in this hotel as you can definitely find better options for this price.
Transfer they provided is for around ₱2,500 one way for 2-3 persons. You can do it cheaper as following:
