ABOUT AS GOOD AS IT GETS FOR CEBU

I live in Cebu for several months every year. Over the past few years, I've stayed at Tancor 3 and Tancor 5. The buildings are kept spotless clean and the staff has always been nice. For the most part, everything functions properly, and when I've had an issue with any of the appliances, they got on the problem right away. At Tancor 5 there is a pool at the top of the building that I like better than the pool at the bottom of Tancor 3, but Tancor 3 also has a sauna - which I wish Tancor 5 had.
I've seen some negative reviews about Tancor. Having lived in the Philippines off and on over the last 15 years, if you don't appreciate living in Tancor, you probably don't belong in a condo Cebu. Don't expect to find a paradise version of the first world country where you came from when you get to Cebu. Cebu has it's own culture and better to appreciate it the way it is. If you don't want to assimilate into the local culture, you could always stay at Shangr-la or the Waterfront.

DISGUSTING at Tancor Residential Suites

Disgusting. After multiple rooms being unsatisfactory I had to cancel my 1 week stay. The time being 8pm and me being now homeless I reluctantly accepted another room at a cash price of 1400peso for 1 night...the toilet leaked all over floor. Miss Wheng the supervisor then told me that Sanitation is not a major concern and refused to refund my money. Please stay far away this hotel it deserves to be closed down. ALL STAFF, guards, workers, supervisors are totally incompetent. MASSIVE SCAM!!!

10,000peso fine??? Not a residential! place!

?????? 10000peso fee for a rule? You are a good money taker! Just saying. The only condo with so many dramas how can you say homey well its not. You are a residential but you have all korean schools. Not a residential place anymore.

NOT A RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY -

I have been living here for 2 months - and the noise is impossible to deal with - seems like this is a half way house for Korean families with kids attending nearby Korean school. The kids run thru the halls screaming most evenings - the tenants above me - have kids that run and scream as well. My next store neighbors have fist fights. I have complained to management to no avail. I will be moving out. If you don't believe me - come here several times especially around 5pm

Your issues and concerns have reached our office and we have already addressed those. We are very sorry for the inconvenience that we have caused you and your wife. We, the management, have already talked to the families residing within the building to tell their children to stay inside. But as they come home from school after 4 or 5pm, most of the kids meet up with their friends and play.
Again, we are sorry that this has bothered you, but we will try in our part to remind the parents to bring home there children and to remind them to play within their household. Or if they do play, to play downstairs in the other building as to not distract the guests within the building hallways.

New tanker 5

Stayed in tanker 3 before , they opened tanker 5 this year ,in the building there's studios one and two bedrooms for rent ,u can rent daily weekly monthly,well furnished ,good kitchen , cable tv ,nice pool and gym on the roof , 24 hour security , in a quite location ,shops and everythink not far away , shopping malls etc ,
