Great stay!

Planned to stay one night however due to illness stayed four nights. The staff were extremely accommodating with filling up our hot water bottle, extra toilet rolls, booking taxis and enquiring about our health. We are incredibly grateful for this.
Bathroom was quite modern and was clean.

Very weak breakfasts

They were supposed to pick us up at 7:30, they told us breakfast would be ready at 7:00, and they didn't bring it until 7:15. Coffee. It is served on an open-air terrace, which can be quite chilly at that time of the morning.
The elevator goes up to the 4th floor. We had our room on the fifth and had to access it by the stairs. In the shower, it was hard to regulate the hot and cold water.
The service at the front desk, however, was very cordial.

Amazing Service!

We only were able to stay one night in Arequipa, but this place definitely was a great choice for our night! We arrived in Arequipa around 6:00 AM which was definitely WAY before our Noon check-in time and we stopped by the office to see if we could leave our stuff there while we went on a white water rafting trip we had scheduled at 11:00 that afternoon. The man at the front desk didn't really speak much English, but he did absolutely everything to accommodate us and even did some moving around in order to get us a room right then at 6 AM, which ended up being a LIFESAVER because we were able to catch a few more hours of sleep before our tour!
The hotel room itself was very clean and beautiful. We stayed in very budget places throughout our Peru trip but this was the only place that actually felt like a hotel and not a hostel (though we still paid around the same low price!) The location was great and everything was within a good walkable distance. Even though we really weren't in the hotel for very long at all (literally just there for a few hours of sleeping) it was probably one of the nicest places we stayed throughout our whole trip and obviously the staff will bend over backward to make things happen for you!

Excellent Service

I stayed here for three nights in June 2019 both before and after the Colca Canyon Trek. The location is superb -- just across the street from the Monasterio Santa Catalina, which means that you're within walking distance of everything you'll want to see in town but not in the midst of the noise around the Plaza. What impressed me most, however, was the service at the hotel. I arrived in town at 6am, well before the check-in time, but they let me into a room as soon as one became available. As my trek called for a 3am departure, the hotel was kind enough to pack a breakfast for me, and when I stupidly forgot an item of clothing in the Canyon, Dennis -- the wonderful guy at the front desk -- helped me out by ensuring that I got the item sent to me in Cusco! Such an amazing kindness! -- thank you, Dennis, for everything!

Great Hotel

We stayed here for 3 nights in April.
It was me, my fiancé and her parents.
It was a nice hotel in a really good location for exploring Arequipa. The breakfasts were good too.
They were very accommodating as he we had to amend our booking at late notice to cater for a fourth person. In addition they helped book us on to a tour of Colca Canyon at late notice.
During the two day tour we stayed at this hotels Colca eco lodges which were also very nice. The staff were also very helpful at this location especially the really nice guy in the front gate.
An excellent hotel.
