A cozy and very nice place

A nice and cozy place, close to the center of Jaen about 10 or 15 minutes, easy access, comfortable rooms, their delicious food, the attention of the very warm and helpful people, especially the young Angel who was very good attention and help.
Good infrastructure and a very nice place to share with family and children

Very noisy.

Nice food, aging rooms but late night music and dogs barking all night.the hotel has three small dogs that bark in and around the hotel all night. This and the music till midnight made sleep very difficult. As shame as the food and staff are OK. I have stayed everything I have been for the last few years but will be looking for an alternative in future visits.

Expensive for the little it offers

I didn't have hot water
The TV was old, it didn't have any applications, not even Netflix.
It didn't have a refrigerator

Very noisy, local customers dirty and disrespectful!

The swimming pool is very expensive, the setting is rather pretty with a beautiful view
The locals are dirty and disrespectful, several times seen spitting around and in the swimming pool, whistle the waiters to come as if whistling a dog or a horse, complain to the staff but nothing has changed, finally the music level is very loud, the place is not quiet to rest and enjoy nature, after asking to lower the sound, decibels raised to 75 with peaks at more than 90 decibels, the manager of the The establishment explained to us that it will not lower the sound following customer requests, knowing that the harmful threshold is at 70 decibels, critical at more than 90 decibels, forget this place if you want calm and peace. civilized people around you!

Bad experience, too much noise despite the fact that the site says it’s a quiet place…

We went to the swimming pool of this hotel but we were very disappointed, we wanted freshness and calm but unfortunately it was worse than the city, loud music, drunk people spitting on the swimming pool , they whistle or shout to attract the attention of the staff, it seems that we are still in a world of slavery.
