Charm with nuances in the experience

My stay at this hotel was enriching thanks to its exquisite rooms, which combined beauty and comfort in every detail. The Mood was welcoming and very pleasant, accompanied by a professional and friendly staff who were always willing to help with helpful recommendations. The strategic location, close to the points of interest, made it easier to explore the city. The wifi, although strong in certain areas, helped keep me connected.
However, some aspects detracted from the experience. The pool, although beautiful, was too small and always occupied by the same family, which made it inaccessible. Breakfast was correct, but with little choice and few liquid options, leaving room for improvement. It would also have been positive to have stronger wifi signal throughout the hotel. Overall, it is a lovely accommodation, with beautiful rooms and attentive staff, but with details to consider before choosing it.

Excellent place

An excellent place and central to everything, the staff's attention was undoubtedly the best, the cleanliness perfect.
I would highlight that the pool was under repair when I went, the next day it was somewhat dirty.
If you are looking for a hotel where you can stay close to everything, this is the one.

The Street Noise is Unbearable

They could do everything imaginable, offer spacious, clean rooms, refrigerators, extra toels and more, put a small (very small) pool on the rooftop but nothing will make up for the awful noise coming from the street. This town is filled with tuk tuks and
motorcycles, and the hotel is on a major thoroughfare, making it impossible to get a quiet night's sleep. Have you ever heard a motorcycle in the muddle if the night? Multiply that by an endless stream of bikes on the road below and you will get the idea of what's in store for you. Try to find a nice, quiet hotel by the river, where there are no major thoroughfares to destroy the calm.

Surprisingly Accommodating

I booked this hotel not thinking too much of it. It is a small hotel, after all. We just needed a place to sleep and take a hot shower after spending a few days in the Amazon Jungle. I left a remark under comments that we were on a plant-based diet (vegan). To our surprise, they prepared a vegan breakfast just for us.

A Pleasant Surprise

It started with the quick response from the staff when I booked the room online and requested a shuttle from the airport! Same-day response and our guy, Michael, was on time, kind, and pointed out highlights of Iquitos as we drove to the hotel.
The hotel was more than expected in value and for us, PERFECT - rooftop view of the entire city and the pool was a lovely break from the heat!! Breakfast was handmade in front of you every morning in the kitchen downstairs! The staff throughout the entire process was amazing! The location was great as it was close to Plaza de Armas and a mercado was just around the corner! We will stay here again when we return. Pleasant surprise! (We didn't try the wifi, but anywhere you go in Iquitos you can expect not to have good wifi due to poor cellular signal. It's the jungle. It's just how it is.)
