Excellent attention, especially from Raoul

The hotel has excellent infrastructure: comfortable rooms, good cleaning, stable Wi-Fi and all services in very good condition. Everything is really well looked after and that is highly valued.
But, without a doubt, what stands out most is Raoul's attention. Their human quality, kindness and vocation to service make the experience even better. He is always willing to help and makes one feel welcome. It is definitely the highest value of the hotel and the main reason I always return and recommend it.

Nice stay and beautiful views

The hotel is nice, it has a nice view, although it is a little far from the center of Cusco, with taxi companies like Sayari Cusco or Taxi Turismo makes the transfer a little easier (you can also take taxis on the street indicating that the passenger goes to the hotel of the Derrama so that the driver is better placed). The atmosphere of the hotel is very quiet and I consider that its main attraction is the views of the city from the hotel, from which you can see much of the valley. The service of the staff is good, they are very attentive, mainly highlighted that of the ladies of the restaurant during breakfast and of which quickly attended the reservation. The room cleaning service is good, the room includes heater.

Young Raoul is a true professional, always ready to help and make sure your stay is unforgettable.
And what’s even more impressive is that this is my fourth consecutive year visiting the DM Cusco hotel, and they exceed my expectations. The consistency in quality of service and facilities is truly admirable.
The truth is that I was surprised that a hotel of this quality is not better known. It's a secret that must be shared! If you’re looking for a place to relax and feel like king, the DM Cusco hotel is the perfect choice. Do not hesitate to visit it, you will not regret it!

VERY FRIENDLY HOTEL STAFF

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, we felt very well taken care of. Although the hotel is not close to the center, there are many means of transportation to reach it. Also, the hotel staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was very good.
