Mold, overdue maintenance and no solution
We had booked a suite and paid € 182,- in advance. On arrival we also had to pay tourist tax again. Once in the room we found a room with overdue maintenance, dirt, open joints, damage and mold in the bathroom. There was also a huge musty smell.

We complained directly to the reception and asked for another, equivalent suite. It turned out not to be available. What we were offered was in similar condition. We then asked for a refund, because we did not want to use the room under these circumstances. That was refused.
The attached photos speak for themselves as far as we are concerned. Apart from that; keep in mind that the hotel is in the middle of an entertainment street, but trust me. That's not the problem.
For a suite you can simply expect a much better state of maintenance and hygiene.
In the end we were forced to book another hotel last minute and we immediately left without using the room.
It is a pity that the hotel chooses not to offer an appropriate solution and to dismiss the defects as “cosmetic”. This is definitely not the quality you would expect from a suite.
The pictures below speak for themselves, to be honest.
* damaged skirting boards and finish;
* considerable wear on the sill;
* contaminated and open joints in the bathroom;
* tarnish/mold formation along the tiles, walls and sealant edges;
* clear overdue maintenance;
* mold on the wall;
* a bathroom that does not look fresh and well maintained for a suite

Hotel had reception from 10am until 11pm.
Lots of restaurants around.
Hotel provided us with a dinks voucher for the Eve restaurant next door.
