Absolutely recommended for motorcyclists and peace seekers
What a fantastic stay we had at **Hotel Witte Veen**. We were here in April with a group of 16 people and 15 motorbikes, and really everyone was very excited.
The location: Peace and Quiet
The drive there is an experience in itself. You drive between the farms wonderfully rural; you hardly expect a hotel on the route at first, but that makes the surprise all the greater. It is the perfect base to explore the beautiful Drenthe. In April the roads were wonderfully quiet for us as motorcyclists, but it is abundantly clear that this province is also a real Eldorado for cyclists.
Hospitality and Facilities
Reception:We were extremely friendly. Thanks to the beautiful weather we could immediately relax from the ride on the terrace.
The rooms: Beautiful, spacious rooms that are fully equipped. The rooms on the ground floor even have their own outdoor seating area. Plus: the shower was warm quickly!
Food and Drink: Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The whole group was well taken care of.
Stabling: Although not all 15 bikes could be parked inside, this was no problem at all and they were safely on the site.
Conclusion
Hotel Witte Veen is a friendly, welcoming and comfortable hotel in a beautiful setting. Whether you come for the motorcycle routes, the bike paths or just for the tranquility of Drenthe: this hotel is highly recommended.

Hartelijk dank voor uw review.
Ik snap inderdaad dat dit erg vervelend is.
We gaan uit het beste van de mens en verwachten wanneer gasten hun huisdier meenemen naar een hotel, het huisdier niet tot overlast is voor andere gasten. Ons wel gemeende excuus hiervoor.
