Not recommended for the price...
If I'm going to do that, I'll expect the same performance for my money.
Positive:
95% of the staff were super nice, the size of the room and the shower were absolutely sufficient for me as a disabled person with a wheelchair.
Pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant.
Disabled parking spaces directly in front of the house could be a little larger.
Overall, the facilities for disabled people are a good hotel.
Negatives:
Breakfast overwhelmed the staff and couldn't keep up with filling up missing items
There were a lot of things missing at the beginning of breakfast, which were still not replenished at the end, and warm things like scrambled eggs, baron, tomatoes and pancakes were cold.
Breakfast places at the table were used by guests in front of them, they just put fresh cutlery on the table, but didn't clean the table.
A la carte food, which is already relatively expensive, e.g. Spaghetti Bolognese for over €20 is senior portions, a normal adult won't get enough of it.
I ordered the mixed plate, which didn't have everything on it that was on the menu, they simply replaced it with something else without informing me as a guest and the additional fries I ordered came when I had finished eating.
Unfortunately, drinks were also delivered incorrectly, instead of shandy without alcohol, we were served shandy with alcohol, which is not possible at all because it is harmful to our health.
Unfortunately, the service is not provided for the prices that are charged, which I find very sad because, as I said, I never have much time for such tours.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Fletcher Hotels, as it seems to me that this approach is the same in Fletcher Hotels and is apparently desired by the hotel management, because problems that were obviously raised on site were unfortunately not solved, or did not want to be solved.
Actually, it's a shame given this great atmosphere...

There seems to be a topping bedding mattress missing, it feels unhygienic and the sheet just moves around. It supposed to be a double bed but the two separate beds just sliding apart. The pillow is also warned out with lumps in it. The heat in the room was off and it felt cold when we arrived. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower cabin, unfortunately the shower was faulty so all the water ran out onto the bathroom floor. The towels are so warn out, frayed and torn. Rooms were very poorly cleaned.
We tried the pool which was nice and felt fresh apart from some odor that came from time to time. The pool was a little too cold for my taste. We also bowled on extremely worn out courts. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, a hamburger which was ok and a mixed grill which was an extremely small portion. The breakfast was basic, no large selection and not worth the price.
It must have been a nice facility once upon a time, now it feels very worn out and as if they are struggling to get it going around.
