Staff and room were great, very clean. Only watch out is stairs are required to get to rooms so if mobility is an issue access is limited

The premises of this hotel is some rooms above a restaurant. The area is really amazing, worth visiting. The room we were offered had the only window next to an alley that people were passing by from other rooms so if you wanted light there was no privacy. That was a big minus. The breakfast was okish but lacked any fruits. For the price paid was not vfm, but the area is really worth visiting.

Nice room with nice view

We ended up there because of the mailing from Hell’s kitchen. For dinner in November you can stay for free. We chose the twin room.
Unfortunately this one looked very different than on the site, but after reporting it we got a nice other room. Hanged some fabric threads in the corner.. and the floor in the toilet and bathroom is very cold.
In the evening very nice eaten in the restaurant.
Breakfast was fine. Maybe you expected a little more variety for €17.50 pp.
For example, a piece of fruit or crackers.

The room was very industrial with harsh grey walls and a view out of the window to the bins below. The room needed to be softened. There was hanging space but no drawers for other clothes. There was no tea/coffee making facilities nor a welcome bottle of water. The room didn’t feel especially clean with spiders in the WC. It was nice to have a bath though. Breakfast was fine.
