Delicious....
Second night with 3 course dinner in restaurant Numa. Greatly enjoyed the pourings in the theater sauna.
After a relaxing afternoon, in the evening had a great 3 ( for my friend 4) course dinner. Dietary needs are well taken into account and everything tastes great! Friendly helped by host Alexander, sws we have experienced the staff very friendly.
The room and the bed, no downsides to mention. We liked to get to the bear donck before the hotel was there, but now with the hotel there, really great! Also this second time everything experienced very positively.

Top hotel and nice wellness
Nice hotel and wellness complex . We ate in the wellness the running buffet there we found against falling. Pourings were delicious and appearance is very nice of the complex. We stayed overnight in the hotel (luxury room) the room was totally top and the breakfast fantastic.yes it is not cheap but that does not make it less good. Downside we found the bathrobes and towels service that can be worked more efficiently seems to us . Now the bathrobes and towels are on the floor in the wellness area. Doesn't seem right to us

Beauty is skin deep, Berendonck is mass is cash register
No sauna, but a mass is cash register resort
When I compare other Thermen locations with Berendonck, Berendonck is really a thorn in the side.
The other locations still feel like a real sauna. Peace, relaxation, silence and a certain atmosphere. Berendonck mainly feels like a resort where there is mass checkout. It is pretty clear that this location is not about tranquility, but about turnover.
We have been here several times over a period of 4 years, of which our last visit was on April 22, 2026; and will also be our last visit.
It may have been a swimwear day, but it looked more like a holiday resort than a sauna. There were empty glasses everywhere, mainly wine glasses, no one followed the house rules and there was no enforcement.
Silence in a rest room? Forget about that!
And then there are the prices. A small beer of 22cl I think costs €4.30. Soft drinks also cost €4.30 and cocktails or mocktails start around €8.00 and go up to €13.50. That fits exactly with the feeling that this location is mainly about business, not relaxation.
This location may look very nice, but there is a saying for it: Beauty is skin deep, because we're all rotten to the core.
And that core feels at Berendonck mainly like mass is cash register, business and corporate greed. Berendonck proves that appearance is worth little if the basics are totally lacking.
From now on, I will show at other Thermen locations. At least you come there for a sauna, not for a mass is cash register resort.

Disappointing experience
The evaluation is made exclusively to the Therme Berendonck!
Regardless of the criticism of staff, which we have already lodged as a complaint with which there have been excessive and unnecessary reactions, the overall experience is negative.
In particular, the disappointment with the relaxation rooms will not cause us to visit again. On the one hand, these offer far too little space (other guests have also been disappointed by this) and no rest at all. It is incredibly loud and there is no pleasant atmosphere.

Costs c.a. 1230 euros.
We really enjoyed being away together for once so luxurious. Expensive but beautiful suite! Too bad so short because you pay some.
The food is very tasty and exclusive.
Breakfast very much choice!!
If you can't choose here anymore, you're really out of your mind.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
We have not seen unkind staff anywhere.Girl bar (Saturday 25 Jan) also super friendly. Lovely hotel.
Points of improvement:
A little clearer explanation would have been nice at check-in. What is / is not included when you book such an expensive suite. No white booties in the room, we did see on HSKP cart, and cleaning cloth was still there.
We asked for slippers and they turned out to be inclusive. I wouldn't have asked.
We wouldn't have gotten them.
I'd lay them out neatly on the most expensive suites. That'll finish it off.

On Sunday swimwear day is indeed (like several reviews) quite busy!
If you are indeed looking for silence then it is less suitable.
Maybe with even more swimwear days when it spreads a little better?
It is also very busy to participate in div castings.
For us not necessarily mind, we were there for sauna / bathing.
But I get that it's really not fun for some of them.
A deposit cart for wet towels/bathrobe afterwards.
