مكان جميل مع فريق عمل ودود ولطيف.
الصيف الماضي أقمنا فى الراحة Pod - الجزء السفلي من مجموعة Pod، إلا أنها كانت مريحة ونظيفة ومصانة جيدا جدا. الموقع جميل، مبتكرة وتسلق الجبال أنشطة لعب للأطفال. هذا هو الشيء الوحيد الذي تذكر هو تتم إعادة توجيهك مجرى جعلوا من مضخة الماء. تم اصطحابنا من المحطة، خدمة تأجير الدراجات تم ترتيبها بالنسبة لنا. كما أن هناك الكثير لتفعله بعد ركوب الدراجات مسافة قريبة من الموقع (على بعد 40 كم).
لقد ذهبنا في بداية الموسم، هادئة، لذا لا يمكنني أن يشهدوا على كيفية عندما كاملة من تجربتنا، لا يمكنني أن أوصي بهذا المكان بما فيه الكفاية!

If you booked this place through booking.com and the booking.com price didn't include the mandatory linen package that you pay seperatly at the property make sure to call booking and request your money back. This is a hidden fee, all mandatory fees must be listed in the final price on booking.com.

I had an enjoyable stay in my little pod, in the middle of the Veluwe area. Well appointed, with a little efficiency kitchen, comfortable bed, sitting area, porch and good bathroom. Really felt part of the outdoors, the way the park was laid out & the concierge & little restaurant & children's play & open area made it a great place to decompress from our daily grind.

Do NOT go here if you do not have children!
I don’t write reviews easily and certainly not negative ones, but this is really on my mind. The area around the park is great, the national park is beautiful! The pods themselves are also completely top notch. Everything you need and nice and cozy.
But! All pods and tents are very close together. On your terrace have NO privacy, nothing. And you can see from your own terrace right across the street when the doors are open. Very nice when a child is naked in the pod opposite you. We had extra bad luck because our pod was just next to the water pump, the most used playground of the park. Instead of spending 2 days quietly in the woods with the two of us, we spent two days watching children playing, screaming and crying. And parents pumping. Very romantic.. While explicitly advertising to be a romantic place for couples as well. Then just don't do that and really present yourself as a place for families, so you would disappoint far fewer people. Because we were far from the only couple on the park.
As a smoker, it is not recommended at all. You can only smoke on the terrace on your pod, which is absolutely understandable in a national park and which we like to stick to. But then suddenly a mom came to us whether we were aware of the smell and that it was 'not nice' for the children. When we framed that it is only allowed on the terrace of your own pod and we would also rather not sit in a pod at the playground, she was more friendly, but we were no longer comfortable the rest of our stay.
Finally, it is also very expensive for what you get. And you will be surprised on arrival with an extra 70 euros for final cleaning and bath linen. While a night already costs 150 euros.
Overall, a great place if you have kids, absolutely. But as a couple or if you are going away for peace, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

A misery!
To surprise my husband I booked a weekend away. I reached out in person first, since I wanted the hot tub in the package. This was possible and everything is locked down.
Four days before arrival, I get a call that the hot tub is out of commission. However, they indicate that I will not get my costs back.
In other words, they no longer meet the reservation and I just have to accept it.
Since work has been requested off and a babysitter has been specially arranged, we are specifically concerned about this weekend. Shifting is not an option. Especially since there is no trust in the company after their drafting.
I feel so screwed and sad because the gift is falling apart.
The bad thing is that I'm just within my rights. So now a fun outing has turned into a drama where they require me to report it to the regulator Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) and take legal action.
An apology, returning money seems to me much more appropriate. Then I probably would have used their service again another time. No more hair on my head.

Bedankt dat jullie de tijd hebben genomen om jullie ervaring met ons te delen.
Helaas was door de vorst en de impact hiervan de door jullie gereserveerde faciliteit op ons park, de hottub, niet te gebruiken op de dag van jullie verblijf. We hebben ervoor gekozen om een aantal dagen voor jullie verblijf contact met jullie op te nemen zodra duidelijk werd dat de hottub niet beschikbaar zou zijn. Op deze manier wilden we jullie tijdig informeren en de mogelijkheid bieden om alternatieven te overwegen. Daarbij hebben we ook een optie geboden om het verblijf naar een ander moment te verplaatsen. We begrijpen echter dat dit voor jullie geen passende optie was en het is jammer dat we jullie daardoor niet op een ander moment mogen verwelkomen.
Daarnaast hebben we een financiële oplossing aangeboden, die we in ons eerdere contact met jullie hebben besproken en afgehandeld.
Mochten jullie vragen of verdere opmerkingen hebben, dan kunnen jullie uiteraard altijd contact met de receptie opnemen.
