Het spijt ons te vernemen dat uw verblijf niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Wij betreuren het dat de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding niet naar tevredenheid was en dat er ongemakken waren met de faciliteiten in uw kamer. Ons team staat altijd paraat om tijdens uw verblijf direct ondersteuning te bieden, zodat eventuele problemen direct kunnen worden opgelost.
De communicatie omtrent de door u ervaren problemen is niet de standaard die wij willen bieden. Wij streven ernaar om altijd transparant en behulpzaam te zijn, en het is spijtig dat dit niet uw ervaring was. Uw feedback nemen wij ter harte om onze service verder te verbeteren.

The less said about this hotel the better
If you want to go to the in-house restaurant you will pay EUR 25 for a very average burger.
The redeeming feature is that you are a 5 minute walk from an area with nice bars and restaurants.

However, we sincerely apologize your experience fell short in some areas. Our air-conditioned rooms typically allow temperature customization, and we're always available to assist with adjustments. Regarding dining, we offer diverse meal options including packed lunches for guests seeking alternative arrangements.

Disappointment
The bed was uncomfortable because without a mattress, there is only a topper very very low and harmful to the back. We asked for a mattress but were denied. Breakfast good but redundant and monotonous.
The last night we had dinner at the restaurant, we had not had lunch and we were hungry. We ordered a pasta carbonara, a hamburger and a fish and chips. The waiter asks twice for the order and goes to say it in the kitchen and you can hear the chef say “super diner” very well and they start judging and teasing us.
We are served pasta, the waiter returns to clear and, back in the kitchen, with a sarcastic tone says "end of the first round, go with the next", always mocking us.
This has negatively affected everything.
We paid for the dinner with the card, and at check out it appeared that we had to pay for it.
Convenient location but otherwise not.
