However, I apologize that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please note that room dimensions in the historic building vary, and the staff continuously reviews wayfinding elements to enhance guest comfort.

Hôtel 3 étoiles 4 étoiles + expérience
Le petit déjeuner buffet était varié et bien approvisionné et même inclus Cava en option qui était tout un régal!
L'emplacement était parfait avec à la fois un bateau-taxi et un arrêt de bateau-bus juste à l'extérieur et des arrêts de tramway et de métro à quelques minutes à pied donc se déplacer était super facile.
Mention spéciale au personnel efficace et sympathique ainsi.

That said, I sincerely regret that some aspects of your accommodation did not meet your expectations. The building's unique architecture does lead to variations in room layouts, and I appreciate your understanding regarding spatial constraints.
