Great room, surprisingly large.

Beautiful, very large room with a terrace.
Excellent breakfast. (Upon request, you can also get fried eggs & omelets.)
Very friendly staff in all areas.

We had a lovely stay at Room Mate Bruno. The hotel was easy to get to and so conveniently located. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with our check in, the room was clean and the hotel itself had a modern design to it which was fabulous. I would highly recommend it!

If you're looking for a cosy, bright, breathtaking, modern hotel then choose Roommate Bruno.
If you want a hotel that has modes of transport very close by then choose Roommate Bruno. The metro station and tram stops are 5 minutes walk away at Wilhelminaplein. 2 stops and you are in the heart of Rotterdam's shopping district, and 4 stops away you in Rotterdam Centraal which is the travel hub that connects you to the rest of Holland.
If you want a fresh, varied, value for money breakfast available between 7am and 12pm every day then make sure to choose Roommate Bruno. Food is fresh, and topped up frequently and the overall food offering is second to none.
This hotel does not offer Lunch and Dinner, however, right beside the hotel is a tremendous Food Hall that's open from 12pm till very late. International cuisines are offered here along with a main bar and a separate wine and cocktails bar. Plenty seating is available and is accessible to ALL.
Every single member of staff are exceptional at Roommate Bruno, from the Receptionists, to the Kitchen Staff, Maintenance and House Staff. All are very welcoming, professional, friendly, attentive and polite.

Nice hotel, great Food hall downstairs

Nice hotel but do not get a room in the middle, so dark I turned into a mushroom

Lots around the area , you will find gems

VERY friendly, helpful staff! Room was clean and comfortable. The first floor lounge area was beautifully done- very comfortable with creative colors and decor! Breakfast had excellent choice of offerings. Especially appreciate the freah fruit and yummy bread! The hotel is literally steps from the Holland America cruise terminal. The only complaint is that the only way into hotel is up multiple stairs!! Very difficult to do with luggage even if you are able bodied! For those who have difficulty with stairs it's impossible. I'm shocked that such an excellent hotel in a very thoughtful country would create such an impediment to their guests comfort and safety! In many countries this would be illegal!!! For that reason I can't recommend this otherwise excellent hotel and won't be back myself!!!
