Quiet hotel, nice rooms
This is a quiet hotel, nice spacious rooms. I'm staying in room 410.
Lovely beds and good shower.
Also ate my dinner here. Curry with rice. It was more than adequate and the taste was fine.
It is just 550 metres from the Velthuis clinic. That's a great option, if you need to get there early in the morning.
Staff are very helpful at the reception and very friendly staff at the service in the restaurant.

Reliable in Rotterdam
Stayed at the Novotel while competing in the world racketlon championships at the nearby Victoria sports centre. It’s a good functional hotel with a decent breakfast spread and well-appointed rooms. The staff were pleasant and friendly. It was the second year I have stayed here, no complaints at all.

Fabulous 5-Day Stay at Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark!
From check-in to check-out, our 5 days and 4 nights at Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark were fabulous!
A special shout-out to Zoe at the front desk, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. She was helpful, charming, welcoming and always made our requests feel effortless. She really went the extra mile to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Our sincere thanks to Zoe for making us feel so welcome!
We also added our son to the room throughout our stay at €30 per night, which was a convenient option for us.
We didn’t include breakfast in our room rate, but the hotel offers a buffet breakfast at €25 per person.
Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay, made even better by the warm and friendly service from the team—especially Zoe!

Family-friendly stay at the Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark with good connections and fair value for money
We spent one night as a family at the Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark and were completely satisfied. The room was clean and the sofa bed offered the children enough space for a comfortable night.
The location is a big plus: The metro station is reachable in a few minutes' walk, so you can get to the center of Rotterdam quickly and easily.
The parking options were also convincing. The outdoor parking spaces cost only 12 euros per day and are therefore very fairly priced for Rotterdam.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money. We would recommend it to families as well as anyone who wants to explore Rotterdam comfortably.

Comfortable hotel. Good location with easy access to Rotterdam. Didn't get a chance to explore local area, but there is a nice lake nearby for walks etc. Would stay again.
