Bon rapport qualité/prix

L'hôtel "Hardenberg est situé dans un endroit calme un peu en dehors du centre. Nous y sommes restés une nuit sur notre chemin vers le circuit TT Assen (+/- 65 km de Hardenberg). Le personnel est très serviable et sympa. Nous avions une chambre au deuxième étage. Elle était grande et très propre. La seule critique que j'ai, était le destinataire de la télévision (dont des paramètres étaient complètement manipulé) et les lumières (quelques ampoules semblait être ne fonctionnait pas/disparu). A notre arrivée, nous avons mangé au "Pannenkoekenrestaurant". La nourriture était bonne.

Cozy but price and supply too little.

A cozy location and friendly staff. We ate there with four people.. a shared dinner. First course fine, main course with meat, super.... unfortunately the sides were really too little... a little fries with little mayonnaise... no potato dishes... a bowl of lettuce and that was it. Dessert okay.
Add a few drinks and you're out 210 euros. Too expensive for too little.

Simple and standard

Stayed 1 night at the hotel with my boyfriend. The website was already unclear, no obvious difference between the different types of rooms and especially special that everything was the same price.
Prior to that we were sent the code for the front door via the app and how to find the key, fine system. A slightly later check-out was no problem fortunately, fine! The hotel is very outdated and also looked nothing like the pictures. While I understand that there are small things that differ per room type, these were big differences and no small terrace outside. In terms of facilities it had everything needed, also a small kitchen. The room was clean. The temperature was not adjustable in our room, the radiator did little, it was very hot. The beds were comfortable, a pity that they are two single beds (which you know prior to booking) and especially a pity that they roll apart. In short, fine for a very simple night, but for this price there are many nice real hotels or b&bs to book.

Comfortable and personal top service

We stayed at the hotel overnight for the last leg of the Pieterpad. The room was spacious, clean, including a kitchenette, where the fine breakfast was already in the fridge ready. We simply baked the sandwiches in the air fryer. Good coffee also from the Nespresso machine. The Service was top notch, because because of knee problems we were stranded a day early and it was problematic to come to the hotel and leave the next day. Taxis and public transport are hardly around, but fortunately there was the saving Angel from the hotel who drove back and forth to the station twice by car for us. Super service, we have greatly appreciated.

No compensation for the defects.

DO NOT go to Hotel Hardenberg.
I paid € 121.05 for bed and breakfast.
* there I walked to the adjacent restaurant because it was not clear where I could enter.
* once inside I discovered a phone number for inchecq.
* I was not known in the system, although I had already paid the invoice
* room allocated
* there were no towels and no soap and the heating did not work so cold
* of those dirty silverfish crawling around
* breakfast not delivered
* on my request to return an additional € 20,- in addition to the undelivered breakfast amount, was not accepted (I do not accept a voucher, I think below board)
I thought my overnight stay was worth a maximum of € 85,- despite not being able to foresee that it would be such a disappointment.
So please DO NOT book at this Hotel.
