I will definitely return back Etem especially was extremely attentive helping me check in and look after my needs. Spacious rooms and great location

Bedbugs

Room 31. We stayed at Hotel Le Reine Eindhoven for one night. Unfortunately, after out stay, we developed multiple itchy bites that appeared in clusters and rows, which were consistent with bed bug bites. Since returning home, I’ve had persistent itching and discomfort.
While I cannot say with absolute certainty where the bites came from, this was the only place I stayed before the bites appeared. I hope the hotel thoroughly inspects and treats the room to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.
I recommend that future guests inspect their room carefully and check their luggage after their stay.

we are booked twin double room we are couple but dustbin is not clean and bed is not so clean. we are requested to extra pillow but they are not provider us..

Close to city centre, fine for a short term visit if you’re not planning to stay in the room much. Be aware staff are in reception 1pm-9pm only. The luggage storage area was under a small table near the lift accessible to all guests - we were assured by staff over the phone it was safe as only guests with key cards could access the building, however when we returned the front door was open wide and anyone could’ve walked out with our cases as they didn’t know who left what there. We had 2 rooms booked in our group, both had a weird smell and both rooms had a window with a broken handle so did not actually lock closed

Efteling adventure

Lovely hotel.
Great check in.
Very clean room and hotel.
Very large room.
With nice view from window.
Only thing will say, was found bathroom door to be bizarre.
Quite see through. Could hear everything/ smell everything.
My son has additional needs and found it really difficult and was afraid to use the bathroom.
As an adult can make do but for a child was quite hard to deal with.
Friendly staff.
Used hotel as Base so could go to Efteling and Zoo De Oliemeulen.
Check out was easy and not too far away from train station and airport. As used both.
