Fine and welcoming place
As a layman can see, a lot of work is being done to make this building something beautiful.
The beds stand against a wooden wall, which acts as a closet at the back. Very creatively conceived, on the side a door could be pulled out to close the bathroom space, the same could also be done with the toilet door.
Floors were both in the hallway and in the room of woodlook tiles, wonderfully clean.
The shower was great, rain shower and a regular shower head.
Everything seemed relatively new.
Our room was on the ground floor on the waterfront, with a private terrace.
The welcome was warm and we were offered an upgrade of the room.
We had a great meal, surprise menu of French.
At the end of the evening the owner, also the chef, came to have a chat by the wood stove.
The breakfast was well catered for, something for everyone and of course sugar bread.

disappointing lunch
However...the asparagus soup was lukewarm saltless water without one piece of asparagus...the toastie with 3 cheeses were 4 small pieces of toasted bread with something of cheese in between on a wooden skewer...without any make-up..toastie had to cost eur 10.50..
hopefully this will be improved soon...
