Please note that kettles and coffee makers are available only in our superior rooms. We understand your expectations and will take your comments into account as we work to improve our service.
As for the parking, unfortunately this is managed externally and we have no control over the pricing. However, we do understand that it may feel a bit expensive and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
