Excellent, clean and well equipped

We had stayed in this hotel in the past, but not since its refurbishment, and have to say it’s lovely, comfortable and modern. Housekeeping standards are excellent and room was spotlessly clean. The staff are very helpful and pleasant and seem happy to provide any support required during your stay.
We stayed in an XL Junior suite and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, level of comfort and also furnishing/equipment supplied. We would definitely recommend!
The only drawback we found was that during a heatwave period, the air conditioning did really struggle to cool the room down - but expect this is a common issue rather than specific to this hotel.

Nice two night stay with family

The location of the hotel was very good. Just next to entrance of Vondelpark and a short walk away from Rijksmuseum.
Rooms were spacious and clean. We were traveling with two teenagers so we opted to have two separate rooms
The staff was nice and welcoming. The Breakfast was nice with quite a wide variety. Coffee was however not very good (automated coffee machines)

What takes it down from 5 star to 4 is the horrible smell by the elevators at our floor. Smelled like sewage for several days, weird that none of the staff did anything or that they experienced the same smell… Made us all sick as the smell went further to the rooms and we could smell it during nighttime in the room as well

It is sitting in a perfect location for walkability and accessibility to public transportation. Facility needs some upgrading and the house keeping isn’t always prompt, but overall we were very satisfied, especially on our way back to the hotel after a long day - the location was perfect and it was easy to get to/from the hotel.

Brilliant hotel and staff.

Arrived by taxi, lovely atmosphere and clean. Small issue with booking from 3rd parry dealr with very professionally and swiftly by Luciana on reception. Very helpful all the times. Queen room used beautiful had everything we needed. Coffee and tea in room. Well situated for town and amenities.easy to find after going out.
