Excellent no-frills hotel in a fantastic location
Excellent, no-frills hotel in a fantastic location. For us, the location was absolutely ideal. The hotel is just one block from the train station, which made getting there with luggage incredibly easy. The station is served by Eurostar trains as well as the Airport Express, making both arrival and departure very convenient. The hotel is also located on a main street with easy access to light rail, so getting around the city is simple. That said, we preferred to walk most places, and the location made that very easy as well.
We booked a basic “Standard Double” room, which had everything we needed. The bathroom was modern and on the smaller side, but the shower was excellent—spotlessly clean, seemingly brand new, and with great water pressure. The rooms aren’t luxurious, but they also don’t feel cheap or overly basic. This is a great choice if you plan to spend most of your time out sightseeing rather than hanging out in your room.
For the price and especially the location, we were extremely satisfied with our stay—particularly after seeing some of the hotels our friends had booked. We didn’t try the breakfast, which is available for an additional charge.
One of the biggest surprises was the outstanding service from the housekeeping staff. We kept our “Do Not Disturb” sign on throughout our stay, and each day the housekeeping team thoughtfully left a bag of supplies outside our door with extra towels, toilet paper, and other essentials. I’ve never experienced this at a hotel before, and I thought it was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful idea.
The hotel also felt very secure, with a room key required to access the elevators.
Overall, this hotel was a fantastic value and an excellent choice for a convenient, comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again.

Highly recommend
Great location just a few minutes walk from Central Railway Station yet very quiet. The single rooms are small but well designed and comfortable with everything you need and plenty of room to put things and adequate storage for short stay. It's very clean too. Best of all are the fabulous staff who are welcoming and so very, very helpful!

Great Hotel Excelent location
Very enjoyed my stay at Ibis Styles Amsterdam, the staff very friendly and helpfull, the location was excellent, my room has best view can see the central area and surounding,.the room was clean,.would definitely use this place again, very recomended..

Great location
Great little hotel in the best location , walkable to everything, restaurants everywhere central station , metro, and trams all there, very comfortable and convenient and clean loved it will visit and use that hotel again , one small issue is the toilet is squeezed between the wall and the shower , I’m not big however I was touching both sides , not a problem though
