Fantastic! beyond our expectations!

surprised by the excellent hospitality, extra free drinks in the bar, water and stroopwafels in the room, the effort that was made to give our son a beautiful room with a view of the arena, the room was neat with lovely shower and every comfort regarding shower gel shampoo conditioner and body lotion. the box spring slept wonderfully. and morning a delicious breakfast. right in front of the station in a fantastic location. 15 min from amsterdam central and right in arena boulevard. for us it was perfect! compliment also to the receptionist Els, with her radiant smile. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

Thoughtful accessibility and great transport links

This hotel is an excellent option for travelers looking for convenience and accessibility. We were especially impressed by the accessible room, which was very practical for elderly guests and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast offered plenty of variety, and both the metro and train connections made getting around incredibly easy. The only thing I'd improve is the sofa bed, which is definitely due for an upgrade.

Hampton Inn Biljmer

Overall the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Junesa was so sweet.
We were a little disappointed with our room. The phone didn’t work. I asked several times to have it replaced but it never happened. The USB and micro charging plugs do not work. The sink plumbing needs to be cleaned. Very slow draining. The duvet comforter is torn.

Great, but NO TOP SHEET on Bed

Front desk staff were superb! The breakfast was great, lots of choices. Good coffee and tea! Everything was very clean. Lots of hot water and water pressure. Would have given a 5 star, BUT this may be a European thing, but for older Americans we all would prefer a top sheet on our bed. All we had to cover with was the comforter which I am positive is NOT changed or washed every day. So for American guests please have a top sheet available as I do not want to share a bed cover with other people.

Free breakfast friendly staff

Had a great experience at Hilton Hampton hotel; breakfast was great each day! Friendly staff. Marina and Junesa were staff at breakfast, very friendly staff, great time!
