Horrendous
We actually visited here October 2024.
When my review finally went through on google maps explaining how horrendous our experience was a generic response like the hotel has sent to many other people was sent to myself. There is no email address associated with the hotel to contact them on for a refund like they request. This hotel is disgusting and corrupt. We paid over £300 and only managed to stay one night because of how filthy and unsafe it was. When we requested help from reception they did nothing and advised they would report us to the police unless we left. Avoid at all costs.

The good: Location, the hotels is close to a metro station, a nice supermarket, and the Heineken experience. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The bad: The beds were uncomfortable and the noise was horrible,I could not sleep. Cleanlines was poor.

The hotel looked far better in the photos than in reality. The corridor smelled damp and organic, and the room itself felt worn down, cramped and poorly maintained, matress had several stains. The window barely opened, which made the room extremely hot and uncomfortable during the night. There was also a bee hive/nest directly outside the window, making it unpleasant to keep it open at all.
Storage and basic functionality were extremely limited, there wasn’t enough space to properly open a suitcase except on the bed, and only two hangers were provided for a multi-night stay.
Overall, the listing photos were very flattering compared to the actual condition of the property. I originally booked three nights but decided to leave after one night and book another hotel instead. Another guest was also checking out early upon my arrival due to similar concerns.

Avoid This Place Even if Budget!
Not a good experience for a couple! It just has a dirty and grungy vibe. This hotel is very unkept, tired, uncared for, worn out, and questionable regarding cleanliness. It needs major TLC, which it is not getting. Our room was in the basement toward the street. There was no window to open, just very dirty glass with lots of noise at night. No A/C and hot hot in the room at night, even though the temps were in the 40's and 50's outside. Thankfully there was a working two person lift as the dirty stairs were VERY steep. The room was quite small and would be okay for one person, but not two with luggage. The full size bed (smaller than a queen) was reasonably comfortable as well as the sheets. The towels were worn out and shaggy, the showerhead had electrical tape and squirted water out sideways, and the shower tray did not drain well and almost flooded the tiny bathroom. They also take an extra 50 euros as a deposit for your room key (and probably hope that you forget to collect it upon checkout). There were used mattresses in the backyard that are easily visible from the lobby. Ick!! Just don't go here! It might be fine for young backpackers that want a real bed for a night only. Yes, it is a budget hotel, but damn folks, do better! On the positive side, it is close to the Rijksmuseum and loads of restaurants.

I don’t think the hotel ever cleaned. The bed sheets was probably the only thing changed between visits. Quite the disgusting hotel. Never book it.
The rooms was small and simple, which was expected, but i was expecting it to do be clean to which they completely failed
